The guy couldn't help fix my glasses (supposedly easy fix but he couldn't do it).., what is the point of an optical store if you can't help your customers with a repair And then try to overcharge for news ones even with insurance? Wouldn't recommend I'll take my business to Costco .

Wow. I had the best experience here. From the staff that greeted me to the assistants to the eye doctor. Very warm hearted, welcoming, explain things well, happy people. They taught me how to use contacts for the first time and it only took 5-10 minutes! They were so patient and kind and encouraging while learning contacts. I'm excited to come back for my annual exam.

I had a wonderful experience getting my glasses at Shopko Optical in Stillwater, MN. Alissa Acosta was beyond helpful, professional, great attitude, beautiful smile and a fun sense of humor!! She even suggested a pair I of glasses I fell in love with!! Dr. Ho was super kind and explained my exam every step of the way. She made sure to answer any questions I had during the exam and made me feel really comfortable!!
When I came back to pick up my new specs. Alissa was welcoming me in with enthusiasm and all around beautiful service. Both her and Shirley made sure my glasses fit like a glove!! I can't say enough about the clean space and wonderful people!! Thanks Alissa you knocked it out of the park!

I sent my husband at this location for an emergency pair of contact lenses for our daughter since her contact lenses ripped while she was at school and the extra pair we had for her was deffective or something because it was blurry. Since we are waiting for her lenses to be delivered from Shopko we needed a pair for the main time. Unfortunately my husband was sent home empty handed even though my daughter's prescription is through Shopko. Thankful to Target Optical for helping us out with a pair willingly under our circumstances.
