The overall experience was good. But the fragrance was so offensive. As a clinic, this should be fragrance free. It was so suffocating and I had to hold my breath as much as I could while there. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I went in today because my glasses were slipping off real easy. The person at the counter adjusted them for me. I tried to tip her $5.00 but she said they did not take tips or charge for this service. They said they would be willing to adjust my glasses any time. I had not purchased the glasses from them.

Thank you for helping me select the most flattering frames for my new glasses, I get complements on them all the time

Absolute waste of time. Called weeks ahead to make an appointment for myself and my son. They told me that they did appointments for his age, when we got there they looked at him and said "He looks too young for me to see him. We can do yours not his." Absolute waste of time, if I wanted to get just my eyes done I could have went somewhere close to the house, not a 30 minute drive each way. Will never be back and don't recommend anyone come somewhere so inept.

DO NOT GO HERE! They only have 1 staff to help everyone and you could be waiting for hours! I went for a eye exam in February and from the time from my exam to my fitting took 4 hours!! And today September, I called to order more contact lenses as I'm running on my last pair and all I got was a reply back from the lady in the front saying she's too busy helping a patient right now and will call me back without asking for a call back #!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING BACK NEXT YEAR!
