Kennedy Vision Health Center - Otsego

Big shout out and thank you to Michael who helped us pick out the exact pair of beautifully fitting glasses! My wife and I were so happy when we left there. He spent so much time with us and really took the time to know what we wanted! Dr. Anthony Traverse and everyone else at Kennedy Eye are absolutely wonderful and we love going there. We have been clients there for about 8 years now, and even though we live about an hour and a half from the location, we would go nowhere else! This is the only spot to go for great quality care!

In the area for our granddaughter gymnastics class and dropped in to look at getting new glasses. Michael helped us pick two pair of glasses. When getting my glasses fitted a week later, I asked about getting sun glasses. Much to my surprise,I was able to buy the frames and get the lens free because of the promotion. When I picked up my glasses, Michael spent a lot of time adjusting the four pairs of glasses snd getting them to properly fit which I greatly appreciated. When I purchased my previous pair of glasses from another optical place znd the person spent hardly any time which required multiple trips to get adjustments

My family has been going to Kennedy Vision for years, and I would recommend them to anyone. My eye history is rather complicated, but Dr. Traverse understood everything right away and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is covered. So glad we came here!

** Update ** After I posted the review below, they sent me a certified letter saying they would no longer be able to provide me with vision services... So the old: "You're not breaking up with me, I'm breaking up with you..!!" Well good for you Kennedy Vision. It's alway better to get rid of nosey customers that question the services you provide than to try to address those tough billing & poor service questions. I will still need time to grieve over this breakup though... sniff sniff.. ***************** 20+ years of coming to Kennedy Vision and now I am done. I have been coming to Kennedy Vision for over 20 years -since they were up in Elk River off School Street. This past summer I came in for my annual checkup, purchased a couple pair of glasses, and ran into a few issues. This was the very first time I questioned the service I received in 20+ years. I listed out my issues in an email and requested the email be forwarded to Dr. Rossow as I was hoping to bring awareness of the concerns from a long-time customer. Here's my interpretation of the email I got back from the "Director of Operations" when I questioned the confusing invoice, the quality of service I received from the office staff, their BOHO program and being charged double what was reasonable for what I purchased. "I'm not going to pass your concerns on to your Dr. Rossow because we don't want him to know we don't care if you're unhappy / dissatisfied and if you go somewhere else..." "Eye insurance is very confusing....and even though we have 100% control over making your bill / invoice less confusing, we're not going to do it" "Your just one person and we don't care if we loose one good customer - our business model allows for disgruntled customers because we overcharge so much" There's a lot more that I could say, but I will just wrap this up by saying they've lost my business...and my wife's business....and my three daughter's business....so I hope that extra $200 you got from me was worth it... * I am sure someone from Kennedy Vision will respond to this review and express their sincere apologies for my experience and state their commitment to customer service...but remember, that's only when I am posting a review for others to see. They had no interest in resolving my issues over multiple emails and phone calls... Only when people complain out-loud do they feel apologetic. No refunds on this review Kennedy Vision.... I sincerely apologize, but it's my policy... ** Also, if you look down the reviews, you'll see one from Jenna Tilstra... She WORKS there...! So Kennedy employees are boosting these reviews... Buyer beware.

Dr. Travis is the only one I'll trust with my eye care. Kim was awesome to work with in choosing my new frames. As expected my glasses fit and looked great and the prescription was spot on. Highly recommend Kennedy Vision in Otsego!

Good evening everyone, I hope you all are enjoying reading through these reviews. My eyes started going bad naturally from an astigmatism in 2022. I couldn't figure out my eyes until this year at my yearly checkup. Dr. Rossow moved quick. Michael was great and helped me pick out my glasses. I went back in and they fitted them and now I am able to see clearly again. Thanks, Kennedy Vision Team.

Love Kennedy Vision in Otsego! The doctors are excellent and the staff is wonderful. We've worked with Kim several times. She helps find the perfect frames for each of us.

My father went here in his last few years for care and they treated him extraordinarily well and cured his dry eyes with an implant treatment. I accompanied him and was most impressed with their service. Yesterday, I went as a patient for the first time and was very happy with their service, the thoroughness of Dr Rossow, and all the assistants that tested me as well as the way I was treated by Lissa checking out and Jessica on the phone.
