They need to figure out a better system for answering phones and ordering contacts. I called 4 distinct times on 4 separate days during their posted business hours with no answer. Ended up leaving a message with my order and relevant information so they could hopefully order them. I get a call back that they have changed their policy and you must pay at the time of ordering now, which in theory would be fine if they were appropriately staffed to answer the phone but it also complicates things as it leads the the inevitable back and forth repeating of numbers, wasting both people's time(and they don't allow you to save a payment method)It's nearly 2026 and they haven't been able to come up with an alternative such as online ordering. The lady that answered the phone was kind and polite, this is not an employees fault- this is clearly management implementing a system with no clue how it actually works in practice and wasting their staffs time while worsening customer experience.

I have always liked going there. They are very friendly. I was able to get a closer appointment recently to what I booked for. There was a cancellation. That was great! One less thing on my plate.

Little blonde girl with a lisp helped me out with such attitude. Not sure if she was having a bad day but this absolutely ruined my experience there.

I really like it here. It's very clean and the service is always great. I see Dr. Penny and she is very good at what she does. They also have this machine that takes a picture of your eye, so you don't have to get them dilated. I also love their hours, because then I don't have to miss work when to have an appointment. I would recommend going here for all your eye care needs.

If you are looking for a team of professional and compassionate people, this is the place to be! Our young daughter was having headaches and we assumed she needed a new prescription. During a holiday week, their team managed to get her in to be seen by Dr. Sovell. During this visit it was determined that she had a more serious eye condition and would need to be seen by Specialists. The next morning, Dr. Dillinger got on the phone and personally called in a request to Rochester Mayo that landed our paperwork physically on the desk of a specialist that day. Within 3 business days we were scheduled at Rochester Mayo for testing and to receive our diagnosis! During this time, we also had correspondence with Dr. Vincelli. Talk about a team!!! Terralynn, one of their many amazing office assistants, was very considerate and extremely helpful in passing along information and answering questions. We could not have expected our experience to be any better, because they truly went above the call of duty in our eyes! So thankful to be a part of the Horizon EyeCare Family!

Hands down the best experience I've ever had. Eye exam Dr and staff themselves are exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Just went there to get my yearly eye exam and to get new glasses and Hayley helped me out pick new glasses and was so patient with going through all the glasses because I was being very picky and she was patient and kind! Definitely recommend going here!

Due to multiple medical conditions I can not wear a mask. Period. Especially the toxic, chemical filled, blue disposable ones. I don't own a mask. Even though the dr would see me, I wasn't allowed to walk through the building without one. This is the only place, including medical offices and hospitals that don't care about individual medical conditions. If you like to be controlled by fear, this is the place for you.
