I have been going to Pearle Vision for many years and yesterday's visit was the least enjoyable visit that I have had. It all started by not being able to see my usual provider. Sorry, but was not impressed with who I was seeing. They were very short in their responses, made me to feel, like I should have been on top of my annual appointments better, and really didn't feel that they were at all caring. Then, I was directed to one associate for my glasses and then was switched to another only to have this second associate argue with me about my insurance and who it was through. To say the least, I left frustrated and not impressed with my overall service. Need to do better!

Eye exam was probably the most thorough and complete of an exam I have ever received. 10/10 for the Doctor I worked with, she was awesome.
As for the store 2/10. Selection was decent but not great. Purchasing eyewear here felt much like purchasing a used car. I did some research and seen one of the specials was 40% off lenses with frame purchase but before I could inquire about that I was quoted that special at 30% off. I explained I seen a 40% off deal and was told reluctantly that yes if I could show them that it would be honored. Another special on the same advertisement listed 40% off second pair and I was quickly informed that they would not honor that deal as they are not a corporate store. To me the prices here are very fluid and in my opinion lacks professionalism. I just wanted to purchase eyewear, wasn't interested in playing Monte Hall on let's make a deal!

I did not buy glasses because they don't cover our insurance For glasses, but I have bought glasses there in the past and had a very positive experience.
