You can tell that Dr. Tom is passionate about what he does. I had difficulties at another optometrist because I was having migraines and the things they recommended weren't helping. Dr. Tom was able to get me the right prescription and prescribe the right type of lenses to help me with eye fatigue at the computer that was causing my migraines. It's crazy how you can feel the difference. SO THANKFUL!
Dr. Tom with Infinite Eye Care is one of a kind! I see him for my own eyecare needs and recently had to take my son in for an emergency visit-- and I am absolutely amazed by the care and service he provides his patients. I was able to get my son in BEFORE the clinic even opened for the day, and he was so patient and kind as we dealt with an eye injury. From contact lenses/eye glasses to a fork in the eye injury, Dr. Tom is compassionate every step of the way! I recommend Infinite Eye Care to everyone!
I have had glasses and contacts for the majority of my life and I can say Dr Tom does a wonderful job at listening to your needs, exploring all options, and educating around eye health. I have never had a doctor, until Dr Tom, that took the time to really understand my eyes and to inform me so fully. Because he does take the time I can comfortably wear contacts all day! His staff has always been friendly both in person and when scheduling. I also appreciate the resources for testing they have available.
Love Infinite Eye Care!! Dr. Tom, Jeanne, Kat, everyone there is amazing! I broke my glasses on a Friday and they had the replacement glasses by Tuesday the next week! Amazing. And under warranty. I paid nothing out of pocket. I live more than an hour away, but I'll make that drive every time.
I really appreciate Dr. Johnson and the staff; everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have been coming here for years for eye exams and glasses and will continue to do so! Thank you guys
Dr. Tom has helped my family with MANY strange eye situations. We don't need glasses or anything like that, but I have cut my on a pineapple and my daughter had a small piece of metal in her eye, and in both situations he was kind, knowledgeable, and SO professional. He made us feel very comfortable as we went through our distressing eye situations. Thank you, team!
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your office.
Prior to my visit, I called to schedule an eye exam specifically for glasses. I confirmed that your office was in-network with my insurance provider and clearly stated my intention was for a glasses exam only.
When I arrived for my appointment, the staff member assisting me seemed confused several times, but I assumed they were new and gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, I was surprised to be given a trial pair of contact lenses without any explanation that this would incur an additional charge. At no point did I request or agree to a contact lens exam. I was later informed that I was being billed for it, which felt deceptive and misleading.
When I questioned the charge, the response I received from another staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told, "Well, did you think they were free?"--a comment that was not only inappropriate but also dismissive of the valid concerns I raised.
My son stopped in today to see if there was anything that could be done to fix his two year old glasses that were purchased here as the arm had broken off. He plans on getting new ones within the next couple weeks and just needed to see if something could be done to hold him over. We were prepared to pay for a fix if anything was available or be told that it was a tape it up type of situation.
He was told the glasses were no longer under warranty so there was nothing they could do.
I go to Shopko Optical near TJ Maxx and suggested he stop there to see if they could tell him if there was anything he could do. Again, we weren't looking for anything free, just to see if we could half way salvage them till he gets new glasses.
The gal at Shopko Optical got a different arm and installed it on his glasses. He asked her how much he owed and she said "nothing."
I am so glad that I've taken my business elsewhere and my kids are now going there as well. Why would I spend my money at a business that can't even try to help when there is a different busy who helped when they weren't even the store who sold the glasses?
I will never be back and will be sure to let others know. With the way things are these days I know I want to spend my money on people who care about their customers, and this place is not it.
