Checked in and got helped out swiftly. Dr was straight forward and answered all my questions. Not very conversational but nonetheless getting the job done. Lady who helped fit my glasses was lovely and overall staff is friendly.

Honestly from making the appointment to when I walked out the door, this places was on-point. Kind, Fast, Efficient with my time! Thanks to all the hard working people there to make a normally pain in the ass situation, perfection.

Dr. Hanson was warm, understanding, and thorough. His calming presence made the whole exam feel easy and comfortable. Don helped me apply my contacts and was incredibly patient the whole time. He made the process feel way less stressful by encouraging me and keeping things light, like talking to a friend. His kindness and calm energy really made a difference.

My wife recently visited this eye clinic to obtain glasses. Upon receiving and wearing them, she experienced distorted vision and headaches. When she called to report this, she was emphatically told that these were normal adjustment symptoms and her concerns were dismissed. She was instructed to wait a full week before they would consider a follow-up appointment. Unsurprisingly, the issue persisted after a week. Upon finally securing a return appointment (following several unpleasant customer service interactions), the doctor's behavior was deeply unprofessional. He berated her, invaded her personal space in a closed room, displayed visible agitation, and made her feel extremely nervous and uncomfortable. Despite this mistreatment, she remained calm and firmly explained that there was a genuine issue with the glasses. It was only upon re-checking her prescription that the doctor discovered the initial prescription was indeed wrong - rendering all the prior harassment, poor customer service, and mistreatment completely unfounded (not that the treatment would have been justified had it not changed). I am profoundly disappointed and angered by the unacceptable treatment my wife endured. If you are a woman, or a man who values the respectful treatment of women, I strongly urge you to seek your optometric care elsewhere. Edit: Thanks for your response to this review. Your blatant dismissal of the incident as inaccurate shows how little you care about your patients. I have no incentive to lie about what happened. As you stated, you already issued a refund. Just treat people better. There is no reason that my wife should have had anything other than a great customer experience when trying to get her vision issue resolved. The entire experience was made unpleasant and difficult and made her very uncomfortable. If your response is just "deny,deny,deny," I am sure that it will happen again.

St Anthony Eye Clinic is a great place for getting eye exams and glasses. Dr Hanson is thorough and takes the time to answer any questions you have. His staff is very welcoming and friendly. I am glad I see them for my eye care needs.

Poor service in getting my glasses fixed the first time I was there years ago. They had me wait while people working in the clinic ignored me for about an hour. Second time through I was fitted with the worst contacts imaginable and was spammed over an appointment I'm confident I did not set. Finally the owner decided to disclose in his response of this review details (adjustments) of my visits with them. He's done this in other reviews and is woefully unprofessional and feels like a violation of confidentiality when I did not raise this issue in my public review (now being compelled to since he disclosed it). Stay away from this place.

I've been going to this clinic for many years and have always been pleased with their doctors, office staff, customer service and eyewear selection. I require a smaller frame for an adult, and they always have stylish options for me. I feel they have always been thorough with their exams, and I highly recommend this clinic.
