I've been going to St.Peter Eyecare since moving back 3 1/2 years ago and have had excellent service! The staff is friendly, Dr. Zachary Dirks goes above and beyond to ensure the eye prescription is accurate and I've always gotten quality glasses that look great! I had a great experience! After seeing many eye care professionals over the years, I found this experience to be quite refreshing. They truly took the time to get to know me and understand my needs.

I drive down each year to see Dr Zack Dirks. I always love the experience. I feel like a person there not a number and the ladies who help me pick out my glasses always make it a fun time. highly recommend.

I'm sad to say my family will no longer give business to St. Peter Eyecare Center. This isn't a quick decision, but a drawn out series of problems with their customer service and policies over the last 3 years. My family of 6 has had issues with the following: - Record Keeping. Consistent issues with accurate records and even finding record folders. - Customer Service. With the exception of the doctors and fitting specialists, the front counter service has always been unfortunate. I've witnessed 3 of the staff as coldly professional and they seem to put themselves above the customer. While patients are given moderately annoyed attention while being served, there is little done to direct or placate those waiting. My family has never felt comfortable or welcome, again with the exception of the doctors themselves. - Policy. If you miss a contact fitting, wouldn't it be logical to reschedule that fitting? Unfortunately that isn't the case. Their policy states they must redo the entire exam, causing unnecessary loss in cost and time for the customer while gouging the insurance company for profit. It's unethical and again, poor service. Last year I calmly stated I was ending my family's relationship with St. Peter Eyecare. The woman at the front counter nonchalantly accepted my statement as if it was of no concern to her. Within a few minutes a doctor contacted me, apologized and reestablished his business with humility, warm professionalism and understanding. Today I again withdraw my business, this time with no forgiveness for terrible customer service. A pretty face is no substitute for compassionate customer service. A customer notices beauty on the inside far more than the exterior. You have a lot to work on SPEC.

Dr. Blake Dirks is a caring and compassionate doctor. We have trusted our family's eyes to St Peter Eyecare Center for a dozen years, and have no plans on changing! Thanks!

They were so nice and accommodating. I had a hard time finding the right glasses for me but I was met with compassion and empathy from all the staff there.

Great experience here a few months ago. Recently had my dog destroy my glasses and they replaced them free for me. Very friendly and helpful.
