Our family had a great experience at Precision Eye Care with Dr. Tuttle and her team! Dr. Tuttle and her staff are incredibly professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions without rushing, and make sure everyone feels at ease. What we appreciate most is how great they are with all ages; they've been wonderful with our entire family, from adults to kids, and they know exactly how to help children feel relaxed and confident during their exams.

I've had such a great experience at Precision Eye Care in Waconia! Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming--it really makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Dr. Tuttle is super thorough and takes the time to explain everything, which made me feel confident about my eye care. The team is amazing too--they helped me pick out glasses I actually love and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The office is nice and modern, and it's clear they really care about their patients. About a year ago my vision started changing so I went to the ophthalmologist and got a prescription for glasses. The last time I purchased a pair of glasses Reagan was president and I elected to have a unicorn etched into the lower left lens of my glasses! Needless to say it's been awhile because I had RK done and didn't need glasses anymore. My husband told me to order them online because it would be cheaper. It wasn't because I ended up purchasing 3 pairs and still didn't find ones that fit me well! I decided to go to Precision Eye Care and have someone help me find the right pair. Jules was my eye care professional and she was wonderful! She was so knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses! I absolutely love them! Were they more expensive than buying online? Yes! BUT it was worth paying the money to get glasses I love and can see crystal clear out of. I highly recommend Precision Eye Care in Waconia! The service is phenomenal!

They were nice but seemed to be in a hurry and did my daughter's inspection and said her eyes were fine without asking what our concerns were. She has a head tilt because 1 eye is slightly worse than the other and the previous optometrist we went to gave her glasses to correct the tilt and they seemed confused like they didn't even check her. We have been going without glasses and the head tilt is worse than ever. We are going back to EP at insight vision care since they actually cared to talk to us and address our concerns. Big bummer since we tried to have something closer to home

I did not have any vision issues until my 40s, so I was a little nervous when I went to my first eye exam. A friend had recommended Precision Eye Care and I was comfortable right away. The staff was quite knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr. Tuttle was very impressive in how she communicated a topic I had no background in. She has a very friendly, sincere way with patients. I will be a loyal customer to Precision Eye Care, one of many great Waconia businesses.
