After waiting 6 weeks for an annual exam appointment, I was canceled the day of stating the Dr had sick child. This is can certainly sympathize with, however when I called next day to reschedule. I was told 6 week wait. I asked if I could be squeezed in or someone else pushed out a bit. I was returned with rudeness! They only open 4 days a week!! Maybe come in Friday when you had to cancel Monday! 6 weeks is ridiculous!!!!

I destroyed my frames right before my daughter's wedding and needed new ones fast. I showed up with only the lenses and I immediately received help for Hayley. I was informed that my frames were now discontinued but Hayley wouldn't quit and found a replacement and fixed my glasses. She polished the up and even found that my insurance covered the broken frames. Thanks so much Hayley! You are a lifesaver!!!

The store manager is fantastic with clients and has knowledge of how to fully fill the needs of customers. along with a great personality!! My eye Dr is the best. I have an autoimmune disease and she is very attune to my unusual needs due to my disease. I feel so comfortable whenever I go there. I have gotten a lot of new glasses there thru-out the years and have been pleased with them all. Now under new name/company things went smoothly as always. So I am pleased and will continue to stay a customer there.

From the time I walked in I was helped immediately! I was able to look through the glasses and pick out some of my top choices so I was done with that by the time my appt was ready. Got my eyes checked. Dr took the time to explain things to me then we went out front n picked my glasses. The gals up fro t were exceptionally nice and helpful and found all the discounts I could get with my glasses! The helped me find a pair that's right for me!! I was told it would be 2 weeks before they came in but I got them in 1 week! Thank you Midwest Vision for exceptional care!!

My new glasses are great! Hayley was super helpful when I had any questions sine it's been years since I've had new glasses.

The staff here are A m A z I n G. Dr. Walkoviak is the first optometrist to ever walk me through the exam process, explaining what/why/how for each device & measurement taken. Considering I am one of the most indecisive (& pickiest) persons on the planet, I can say that Jeanette, Jamie, and Kayla are (beyond) patient and genuine in their efforts to ensure every customer is happy and feeling confident in their new specs.

Absolute, most horrible eye care experience in 30+ years of wearing glasses. Had Lasik done in 2011 while in the Navy. Noticed distance vision getting worse and just for the heck of it, tried one of my old pair of glasses and they were great for distance but up close was blurry so went to Wadena Midwest Vison Center. First pair of glasses comes in and up close was great but could see distance about 2X better with my old glasses. Their go to line is "you have to get used to them". Went home and did a comparison for distance with old and new glasses and then put the old glasses away. Wore the new glasses exclusively for 3+ weeks and the day before new eye appointment, I did comparison again with exact results of first day. Went to new eye appointment, eye Dr. changed the distance prescription but then also adjusted the up close prescription to "offset" the changes to the distance. New glasses come in and distance is good but now everything up close is horrible. Here comes the go to phrase again, "you have to get used to them". It is like they forgot that I just had a prescription they gave me for up close that was terrific. 30+ years of wearing glasses and never once did I get a prescription that was all blurry that I had to get used to. They would be unable to even check my eyes if that were the case. Every time the Dr. asked which was clearer, I would have to set there with my eye on the machine for days, weeks or a month to "get used to it" before answering. I would not be going back if my insurance agency had not said I have no choice unless I pay for a different place to do it myself or wait a year to get glasses. My insurance shows 4 eye doctors at that facility. I said I wanted a different Dr. to check my eyes and they stated the one I used was the only 1 there. One of them is wrong.

Dr. Ashley is very kind, patient, and takes the time to explain every step along the way. The office staff is very kind and helpful as well.
