Although I like Southwest Eye Care, Dr. Freed is amazing, the Watertown location has failed to serve me twice now. First time for an appt and showed up doors were locked. No call, no explanation. Second time I come to get new frames and again closed when I came during business hours. There will not be a third time. I will not be coming to this location anymore.
