Dr. Schmitt is super nice and is gentle with the procedure that he did. Removed 2 chalazion in office. Walked thru it with me then as he did each step, he told me what he was doing. Explained after care as well. The only thing that bothered me was that after the procedure, the 2 assistants with him didn't give me more gauze. They just said I can leave so I just walked out with bloody gauzes and had to use clean tissue when I got to the car.

He removed 5 lesions, twice it hurt so was not frozen enough? He prescribed an ointment that I'm allergic to so can't use that. I'm lucky the pharmacist asked me about allergies. That was Dr Schmitt's responsibility (I think it is in my file). I called his office to get something else and there was no one who could help. Have to wait until next day.

I wasn't happy with my results as I had my appointment about my surgery and I was thinking he seemed to always be in a rush and even before surgery I felt the same I was wounding and I was right he didn't do it right the first time and said I would have to do it over again and thought about but I do not want to redo it I feel h didn't do good on the first one I don't feel safe with him doing it again.so i will have to live with what It is .And why should I have to pay it over again the second time .when it wasn't done right on the first time.Thank you!
