Abby worked with my insurance to get my benefits, then found me a coupon for a couple pairs of extra lenses, too! I was happy to get what I needed for an affordable price! Nice selection of frames. I'm very pleased!

All the employees were very nice and attentive. The eye exam was thorough. I wish there were more frame choices. I think frames should come in different sizes. I found several frames I liked but they were too big or too small. This might not be the forum with which to share this but maybe this suggestion can make it to someone who can make that happen.

I made an appointment online after just walking out of optical pro for their incompetence only ten minutes after and on the same no less and almost right away by just 30 mn I called to see where the building was to visionworks and they answered the phone so warmly and clearly, I told them I might be late they said that was fine, when I came in I was immediately greeted in the same warmly fashion I felt like I was welcomed and a long time friend to strangers which lightened up my day drastically they walked me through everything and signed all the documents for my FIRST visit there in just 10 minutes and since I was in network the process was even smoother they found me right away just me showing them my insurance card (absolutely amazing) and then I got see everyone in there respective duties each one was friendly and made me feel assured when it was my turn they even were helping and covering each when it got busy at the end and they handled very well my benefits were explained again at the end so I would know which glasses to pick from and they explained the benefits and costs of additional options so clearly I was convinced I must have them say to say the least my first visit and impression of the place was stupendous and fun nonetheless and will be going there from now on, I told my mother she should switch to vision works instead of staying at optical pro after that

The reviews speak for themselves,Just continue to shop at the surrounding areas. It's only a matter of time until those security gates remain down. I stayed there for 45 mins with 3 of my boys all (under 13 yrs of age) just to hear the systems is down. DONT waste your time here. Seek another place.

Overall experience was good but I'm not crazy about the AI exam. I guess that's just the way things are now. Glasses were also quite expensive.

Very happy with the service at Visionworks. Even though they were running behind we were able to look at frames and discuss things with insurance information. Unfortunately, they don't take our insurance so it came out of pocket but it was still a really great deal for exam, lenses, and frames with warranty. I'm not sure why our insurance would consider a optometrist in my area out-of-network but I guess. I think insurance is a scam.

Associate was very knowledgeable and worked with me. Felt very comfortable picking out glasses. And made me feel very wanted

I had a great experience at Vision Works in Willmar! Getting set up with glasses was quick and easy, even though I'm on Medicare, as she knew all the ins and outs of that system. The young lady who helped me (employee#35630) was awesome and really knew her stuff!
