Dr. Walls is a awesome doctor. He listens and takes time to know his patients.I have had excellent service from this office!

My daughter and I had appointments here LAST MARCH (2024). The doctor was OUTSTANDING! Her name was Dr Charla Darby and she's no longer with this place - I assure you, there's no doubt as to why such a precious, patient, caring and attentive doctor would want to leave here. I'd give her 10 stars if I could rate her specifically. Anyway, I wanted to try contacts, so I did. After two weeks, I chose to just stick with glasses because they irritated my eyes. I'd already ordered glasses on appointment day anyway. We also ordered 2 pairs for my daughter. Prepaid for everything on top of having excellent insurance. For 4 months I followed up weekly on the glasses. Finally Got 2 of the 3 pair after making multiple special trips to Batesville from Grenada just so I could look at someone. At some point, we eventually got my glasses and one pair of hers. And I mean I got one pair on one special trip and the 2nd on a different trip. Today, I got a text saying that we were scheduled for an eye exam with them - SERIOUSLY?!? You couldn't pay me to go back up there just to be talked to like an idiot by the woman in the dispensary and give them more money when they haven't delivered my order from a year ago! In addition, regarding the dispensary, whenI picked up my glasses, they didn't sit very comfortably and slid down. I asked if they could be fitted - I was tersely told to "give them here". She proceeded to BEND them in the middle then almost slung them back to me and said "HERE. Fixed." At that point, I just took them and walked out. They were NOT fixed and they still are I'll fitted. Not in a million years will I go back. It's a beautiful facility and has what appears to be state of the art equipment, but I'm all done! The building and appearance does not reflect the experience. My biggest regret at this point is that I paid by check and not by debit or credit card so I could contest the charges for the glasses they never delivered.

We experienced very poor service in receiving our eyeglasses!. It took my glasses about a month to come and they are not transitioning lenses as I requested and it took my husband 2 months to receive his glasses and they were not the right lenses either. No one never gave us a courtesy call to inform us that our glasses had arrived. We Had to go there 4 times before my husband got his! Very poor customer service and bad experience we had with this eye care company. Today's date 8/23/2024..

I do NOT recommend! The woman who fits you for the glasses is very rude and does NOT listen to what the customer wants I paid a redicious amount of money for glasses that came back not how I wanted bc she didn't write down how I wanted the lenses to be and then refused to make it right so now I'm out my money and have to go to another place to get the correct lenses put in my glasses not happy at all should have known when I was there waiting for my eye exam to see 3 other customers complain about their glasses and contacts not be right neither

Received text messages for my appointment for months. Showed up on my appointment date and was told the Dr doesn't even work that day. This caused me to miss a day of work for nothing. They told me someone would be calling me to make it right and to reschedule and I never received this call..

The people here at 20/20 are awesome! I highly recommend them. Dr. Walls and all the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome as a new patient to their office. Super friendly, professional, and explained everything they did thoroughly.

Thank you Dr. Darby for the fantastic eye visit!! Thanks for doing such a thorough exam.. I would recommend her highly, she's very caring about her patient's needs and concerns.
