Tri-County Eye Clinic

The young lady who was working the front check in was awful. I had an appointment at 10:20. She held me up talking all this garbage about my insurance when I have had the same coverage for years. She was not helpful at all. I will be looking for a new eye clinic because people that is lazy like her needs to be cleaning toilets with bad customer service.

They took it upon themselves to reschedule my appointment with no budging on time. I arrived at the new time and still had to wait more than 2 hours. Every time I come here expect to wait a long time past your scheduled time.

While the waiting time in the lobby was a bit extensive, the experience in the office was wonderful. The staff are helpful and very friendly. The doctor was clear in his explanations and helpful in his advice. An overall pleasant experience!

I live in another state. Today I had to find an Opthamologist quickly. I called this morning and had an appt. at 1:55. I was called back at exactly the time I was given. There was no waiting. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Dr was very thorough and took time to explain e erything to me, even though I was not a regular patient of his. I was very pleased with this office visit. I would highly recommend this practice!

Had an appointment for 9am today. I get there tell the front desk clerk my name and appointment time. She proceeds to say oh you da one with out insurance? I said no I have equitable and if it doesn't cover you can cancel my appointment. She says it don't. I said ok and walked out. I get in my truck they call my phone and say hang on can I check? At this point im already agitated I took off work, found somebody to watch my 4yo... just a big waste of time. The front desk clerk is terrible. They don't tell you anything over the phone. I'd give 0 stars if I could I advise don't waste your time with the unprofessional eye clinic.

I was disappointed with their customer service the last visit, but I thought I would give them a second chance. I was told from the doctor that the procedure should be covered by your insurance, and the tech even said it should be just co-pay, if you go to the front desk, they should be able to give you more details. I was hoping I don't have to deal with the same person with bad customer service). The young lady checked us in was nice, but she was with another patient. What happened? We got the same one with attitude. I told her I want to find out if the insurance will cover the upcoming procedure. She immediately used her hand covered her eyes. She didn't even look at any paperwork and said "No, insurance don't cover it". So, I explained to her the doctor told us it should be covered by your insurance. She went back and spoke with someone else. Came back and told us it will cost $1,200 and your next appointment is..... I told her go head cancel the next appointment. I understand the doctor might not know or deal with insurance, then don't tell the patient the insurance will cover it. Then your front desk person tell your patient a different story. I would not recommend this place.

The Biloxi branch is all but done, was there on 10-13,25 and couldn't get an appointment until January 2026. They finally told me that they are there infrequently

Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and they took me in on time. My dentist, Dr. Gregory Bertucci was great at explaining everything to me. I highly recommend him.
