The lady at the front desk was rude. My grandmother was trying to make an appointment. She said "Lady, I don't have time I'm at work call back when you have everything." She hung up! I called to set up an appointment she said you need to have everything. While I was trying to assist my grandmother she said "if she don't have everything yall need to call back cause it's a Friday and I'm ready to go and hung up!" She isn't professional and a lot of black people come there and also have complain about her rudeness. Nothing was done. Please DO NOT GO !

Put entirely too much medication in my glasses that caused me to have headaches and pain in my eyes. Went to another eye doctor and he agreed that it was too much. Called them to tell about the situation and the woman on the phone didn't care.
