Reese Eye Care

Worst place ever to get eye exam, contacts or glasses. I received the wrong size glasses and she reordered but never received them kept coming up with excuses daily blaming the ups driver. Same with contacts excuses daily saying they would be here the next day that day comes still nothing but an excuse. Finally asked for a refund and guess what same thing excuses. It's been over a week and still nothing refund. Be warned stay away spend money on better place. Also after my experience here went to Coleman Eye Care in Greenwood overall great experience there and my prescription Reese gave me was wrong for my eyes. Again stay away from here!!!!

This was the absolute worse experience I have had in a long time. Let me start by saying the front desk staff is nice and welcoming. Mrs. Tina was the best and soooo kind. However, Frank Reese is so rude and argumentative!!! He first tried to down play how I was feeling about my eye issues telling that it could not possible be feeling like that or the incident didn't happen. Second, the front desk lady wrote that I had Medicaid on the paperwork by mistake. So he assumed I had Medicaid and tells me he doesn't know how I could possible have glasses and contact while on Medicaid. After I explain that I did not have Medicaid but vision insurance through my employer he goes back and forth with me a few times saying that I did and that the paperwork said I did. Finally he proceeds to go check with the front desk. Comes back with a slight different attitude and mannerism was a little better. He just stereotyped me and then didn't listen to my concerns or try to effectively find a solution to my problem. Frank needs to retire!! He old, rude, and grouchy. The office needs a good cleaning... It smells and has dead bugs everywhere. This was my first and last time going here. Lord I regret giving him a dime of my money. I wish I could give ZERO stars!!!

The staff was really welcoming and helpful! I'm happy with my visit and would go there again.
