Great experience getting glasses for my toddler twins. They were very patient with me and the girls. We're extremely helpful with which glasses worked best for the girls individually. Mr. Fine even took the time to help make sure I was using the correct insurance. All and all they went above and beyond. Very pleased and very happy customer.

I've been using this Vision Center for years. Just yesterday I found and ordered two new pair of glasses. As usual the the staff was very professional yet personable. If you are looking for a new vision center or maybe your not getting great customer service consider them.

Not aware of there own policy on walk ins. Mentioned there not taking walkins. I asked were they full and what wertle the times if not. Mentioned they take walk ins from 2:15 to 3. Besides it being 2:35. It was the most ridiculous lie I've ever heard. All attitide and little sense.

Excellent service from Gerry today who went above and beyond today. My ($250+) frames I purchased 3 months ago from Optical 2000 had broken. I went to optical to see if they had a replacement frame the lense to could popped into since they were my everyday glasses and I cannot function without glasses. The young lady sat on her perch behind the counter and assured me the lense only fit that particular frame and a new pair would have to be purchased. I understood this and was willing to buy a replacement if there was one available. Well, from the perch there behind the counter, she informed me there was nothing available. I then went to Wal Mart where Gerry offered to assist me. I explained my needs and without hesitation went the wall of frames to search for something that might work. He was able to find a comparable frame ( very cute one too for a whopping $54) and proceeded to fit my lense in. With very little effort he was able to find and fit a new frame for me. Thanks, Gerry, for the excellent service! You were without a doubt my hero today!
