Worst eye exam I've had in 50+ years. I literally got the five minute special. The tech read my glasses prescription incorrectly. The doctor spent less than five minutes performing what my insurance company assured me would be a "comprehensive" eye exam. And I was a brand new patient. He had no previous visit to take information from and fill in blanks. And he asked no questions.
I left there not knowing any more about my vision than I did when I walked in the door. Not one person in the office introduced themselves including the doctor, so I have no idea who I dealt with.
in 50+ years of eye exams, I have NEVER received such a shoddy eye exam and overall quality of eyecare.
