Rude associates. There was a line of customers waiting and a walmart employee (wearing blue vest) arrived with family. She was taken before customers in line before her. The gentleman employee was kind enough to greet me. Mavis was absolutely the worst. She is not suited to be a customer-facing employee. Best suited to talking to cardboard boxes in a warehouse. I only came here to have a family member's glassed maintained. I would not recommend this location at all.

One of the worst encounters in customer service I've ever had. Once reaching the entrance, there were at least 14 people waiting all over the store for only two retail eye specialist to finish up with the customers they both had. I stood in the entrance path (so I wouldn't get lost in the sea of people waiting to be helped) with my 10 month old son for 56 minutes! After several people had been helped, most of which had been there for only 20-30 minutes, she yelled out "who was next?!" I asked if I could since my son was fussy and there was no where to sit for the last hour. After finally seated I needed contacts, just for her to monotonely tell me "your prescription expired two days ago, I can't help you, is that it for you?". HOW RUDE and unhelpful. You couldn't have said or showed any actions of sincerity?? Offered to set up a visit, a trial pair? Anything?? Absolutely ridiculous experience. Shame on you Corinth vision center. Maybe configure a system or doorman to help navigate peoples purchases, question etc.

You don't even deserve a single star. Your customer service is HORRIBLE. I have been coming there for 20+ years but that stopped TODAY! So if you want help picking out frames, have questions please find somewhere else to go. Thank goodness for Eyemart in Tupelo. Best customer service ever.
