Horrible doctor (Dr Tillman) and staff. Couldn't get my eyeglasses right. Refused to try to correct it the 3rd time. Told me he couldn't "satisfy" me, while laughing in my face, and that I needed to go somewhere else that could "satisfy" me. Glasses lenses were making me see double vision and very distorted. Ridiculous to charge my insurance and not help me. Then act like I'm the problem. I've been wearing glasses for 32 years. NEVER had this experience anywhere else!

Dr. Tillman is a great optometrist that truly cares about his employees and patients. He is very thorough and professional, he puts forth his best effort in everything that he does, which is above average. His staff members are very good at what they do and are exemplary people, as well. A wait time should be expected, because every patient is given excellent care regardless of social or financial status AND people come from other counties (in addition to Webster cty). His office is busy for a reason beyond just providing prescription glasses. If a person has diabetes or any other medical conditions or medications that may affect their vision, then Dr. Tillman is the eye doctor to see. Every effort is made to accommodate patients, provide above average care, maintain reasonable fees, and to support the community.

I have been seeing Dr. Tillman my whole life and I absolutely adore him. I have used him for my children as well. He's a good caring, very knowledgeable, doctor. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I had an appointment for 230 and was still not seen at 315. This office is poorly managed with terrible customer service.
