I have previously lived in several large cities across the US and am accustomed to having access to top notch medical care. Now that I'm retired, the time came for cataract surgery, and I thought I might have to go to a major city for the procedure. I wasn't taking any chances with my vision. I did my research and selected Dr. Jeffreys because my priority is a successful outcome. Now that over a month has passed since the surgeries and I am healed, I am happy to report that the outcome exceeded my expectations. Not only that, but everyone that I encountered at the clinic was competent, professional and friendly. If you want to maximize your odds for a successful outcome, I recommend EyeCare Professionals without hesitation.

I'm so disappointed. I specifically sought out this group because do to some concerns i had with my eyes. The female dr I saw didn't discuss anything with me, didnt even have a conversation with me, and let before I could ask any questions. Since then I've still can not see out of one of my eye and me and the sweet lady that handles the contacts have been trying to find me a rx that works. I have now had 4 sample contact none have worked. When I asked for a follow with a different dr in the office it didnt seem to be an option. I just wanna be able to see. So disappointed. Hope your experience is better then mine.

The lady's up front are sitting there gossiping as loud as they possibly can.
The assistant is the one that did my exam and was very abrupt about everything. Waited an hour or longer to see this doctor and he was only in the room for 10 minutes. I had to ask the doctor to do my exam. He seemed like I was inconveniencing him.
If you are a doctor and I am paying you to do my exam, I expect you to do my exam not the assistant and the assistant was off on the prescription, so if I wouldn't have said something I would have walked out of there with the wrong prescription not done by the doctor who's going to charge me for a doctor rate.
These appointments are usually once a year, do better!

UPDATE5/16/25: After failing to get them on the phone, their Jxn location called and got them to answer and the optical closes today at 11:30 because this is their "half Friday" so always call ahead BUT good luck getting them to answer. TBC on getting my much needed glasses!!! 5/14/25 Be advised that even though they state in their hours they are open until 4:30 & 4, the optical worker will not help you past 3:00 on any given day. "That's when they shut down." I get off work at 4 and got there at 4:10 and had previously picked everything out but they didn't keep my paperwork and made me take off again (took off for the initial appointment) and come back to order my glasses. Took 3 visits since I didn't have the $300+ the day of my appointment for my glasses. That's with insurance also.

Worst experience I've ever had at an eye doctor. We have moved 45 minutes away from my original doctor so I wanted to find one close and read reviews that Eye Care Professionals was great. NOT the experience I received from them. It's been over a month and they can't seem to get the correct prescription in my right eye. When I call the receptionist always says someone will call you back and it takes a couple days or a couple times nobody even called back. I am not writing this review just because I had one bad experience and want to bash the company. I am just telling what happened to me.

As a professional pilot I have lived all over the USA and my eye sight is critical. I have received the best eye care from Dr. Lee Jones that I have ever experienced. Dr. Jones's very professional and extremely caring as well as he takes the time to listen to your concerns and eye issues. I can honestly say that I will never change Doctors or from using EyeCare Professionals. In addition, the optical department is outstanding in not only the selection of eye glass frames but the quality of care is the best I have ever experienced. I am getting to the point of cataract surgery and lens replacement and I will absolutely trust my eyes with Dr. Jones.
