Doctor Hall and the assistant were rude and dismissive. I'm also pretty sure I was not give the correct prescription as it was rushed, and very different from my previous prescriptions. The two men at the front desk were great though. Would not go back again

I would give them 3 due to my glasses at least being the right prescription but the moment I tried them on in the lobby I noticed they were lob sided and my mom who has done business with them for years since I was a child was going in cause my grandpa had said the same thing about his that he recently received. They said it was his fault he messed them up, the warranty he paid for that was only 24h old was already void and that to fix it they'd have to charge him a whole new pair of frames. Another woman came up behind me when I went to see if they could fix mine.. same issue her frames were wobbly and the guy behind the desk was using the same cop out blaming the customer for breaking it! Save up your money if you're paying out of pocket or just have your insurance have to pay more at another place they went down hill bad after replacing most the old crew and the young guy behind the desk needs to take a customer service course if his main defense is blaming multiple people of the same problem.

I have used the Eye Station for many years my family will NOT be back. Dr Manning was very good and like the care he provided. Very poor customer service. I attempted to solve issues with insurance manager and office manager this morning . They had an I don't care attitude. We drive almost 1 hour to use there services. Service has really gone down in the last 1-2 years.

Had an appointment on 03/28/2023; all went well, was treated respectfully. This was my 1st visit, Dr. Hall seems professional, but a tab rushed; all my questions were addressed. I also noticed the exam equipment was not wiped down...maybe it was but not in my present.

I had an appointment for my yearly eye evaluation. I have been going to the eye doctor yearly since 4th grade and I'm 40 now. Out of all of those years, I've never been treated the way Dr. Todd Hall treated me today. During my evaluation, I could not see many of the slides presented to me (as I've always been near sited and had astigmatism). On top of that, I've had some allergy and sinus issues and my vision has been affected. He raised his voice at me, as if I couldn't see because I couldn't comprehend, talked to me as if I was illiterate and as if he had to yell and speak slowly for my comprehension. (I am highly educated, have degrees and Am licensed in my field). He totally ignored my vision concerns and was just plain out nasty. Left me feeling as if my vision was failing, because he acted as if it was impossible for me not to be able to see. I don't know if it's old age, a disdain for certain people or he's just tired of working, but he was awful. I am not an emotional person, but between his angry irrational behavior I was left tearing up, confused and feeling as if I was going blind. At one point he left the room quickly, directing the nurse to give me contacts and he returned still in the same form. After the second half of the exam he explained my vision was about the same and its normal at 40 to have problems seeing, due to age. All of that condescending, rudeness, and nastiness to tell me my eyes were fine. I started going to this location around 4th grade until around my senior year and then again about 9 years ago. I began seeing Dr. Magee. I was told, today, she was no longer there. So I had to see Dr. Hall after years of seeing someone else. I've noticed and mentioned not so friendly behavior from the staff and have mentioned how they treat their mostly black patients. (Cold and rude) Since then they've added a couple of African American employees; yet the rude, dismissive customer service remains from others. That will be my last visit to this location and Dr. Todd Hall will never get the opportunity to treat me as if I'm illiterate or incapable of comprehending. Awful service and I do not recommend

I had an appointment on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 2:45 pm., and I tell you I was very happy with their services. They have a very professional and caring staff, a great welcoming atmosphere and a wide variety of glasses to choose. I am very pleased with their services. Thank you so very much! :)))

This office gives 12 customers the same appointment time with one optometrist in office. There are 9 employees working in the front, yet only one person can give you glasses when it's time for them to be picked up. This is absurd. No wonder so many people are now using websites to get glasses.

Just not happy with the staff. I think the doctors are great but some of the others don't really pay attention to you on what you want and dont seem to know what their doing. Messed up both of my orders. Took a couple weeks to get me straightened out but in the end I'm happy overall. They made up for previous issues
