The Manager had No sense of urgency Rude The Manager Brad saw me standing in line at the counter and proceeded to check someone else out as if i wasn't standing in line. He didn't say excuse me mam let me check her out first then I will get to you. Nothing just pushed me to the side. Last time coming and I've been going for years. Don't appreciate that at all. And the long wait .

Went in to get contacts. Said it would be about 2 weeks. Waited past the two weeks . No one could find my order . Then at last my contacts . He gave me my prescription same as my glasses. Never looked in my eyes period. Needless to say couldn't wear them and see. I didn't know your contacts are different than your eye glasses . but they did.

I cant give zero stars or that what wal mart vision would get. I work during the week and they eye dr isnt in on Saturday. I broke my glasses and wasted a trip because theu arent open on Saturday and the vision center says i need a new exam before i can get glasses. How the hell am I supposed to get a new exam when theres no eye doctor on duty.

Horrible! Been here almost two hrs waiting on service. Only one person working and has been servicing the same customers this whole time! I have seen at least 15 people walk out because no service! Come on Walmart!

Horrible customer service from the DO!! I took my daughter who is Developmentally delayed and she started to cry. He came out and said this isnt going to work. Incredibly rude!!
