Highly recommended! Fast, friendly, professional, and very affordable! We were able to get in the same day, had a bit of a wait but was able to leave in an hour with 2 pair of affordable prescription glasses for my nephew. They have a great selection and worth the wait. They had a high volume of customers and still took great care of every person that walked in. We will be back! Thank you Amanda M!!
I had a wonderful experience here. The wait time was pretty quick and the woman who helped me pick out a frame was wonderful. I told her about my migraines and how working at a computer all day affected me and my trouble driving at night due to my astigmatism and she walked me through what lenses would be best for me. She didn't come across as someone who was trying to upsell me, I felt like she listened to my concerns and recommended a lense coating that might help. I got my new glasses yesterday and after having them for 24 hours I can honestly say I absolutely love them. I will definitely come back here for my next pair.
First time experience was great. They offered tri focals and made them. Upon picking them up i realized i couldn't see right out of them . They offered to change to bifocals and remade within an hour no extra charge. Staff was awesome. Thank you !
Here's what I recently wrote to the company, I'm usually a 4+ star guy...
I had the BEST in-store experience, but it's so masked by the worst out-of-store experience. Quite simply, nobody answers. Ever. I live 25 minutes away and can't afford to drive to just "pop in". You honestly can't get people to answer the phone. Two weeks ago, I called non-stop, back to back, for exactly 28 minutes - no answer. I was just trying to see if the specialist I had been working with was working - I finally drove the 25 minutes and she was - so I ordered two pair of glasses. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Today, I'm simply trying to learn if they're ready. I've called 3x yesterday and 3x today, 20 minutes each time, nonstop. No answer. Can someone please let me know if they're ready? Please understand, it's only for the external customer service that I'm unable to recommend you to others or reuse you guys again. The in-store experience is A+, but I can't even rate the external. Such a disappointment. Get a voicemail perhaps.

Thanks for the response. I am here now waiting to pick up my glasses. I thought I'd update you. I just tried calling the store while waiting. The music they're listening to isn't bad or very loud - BUT the ringer is turned down quite a bit. The music playing drowns the sound of the phone ringing. This makes it worse as they have grown accustomed to the phone ringing, electing to turn it down and turn up the music.
I really like this store and company, but they didn't even acknowledge the phone ringing when I tested the call. There's got to be a better way - an answering machine, a cordless phone, etc. It's not like it's excessive, I've been here 15 minutes and I'm the only one who called.
This store was great, the young lady that took care of my husband and I, was fantastic, very helpful, we laughed and laughed. My glasses were done in 28 minutes , my husband in about 40. Great job, and great selections of glasses, WE will come back next year. Thank you
Is there some reason they don't answer the phone all day.. How does a person make an appointment or ask questions about insurance acceptance. And this "owner" as you can see below just shifted the blame onto the "independent doctor" gotta love savy deflection but NO I called your main number to find out more information than that and your answer shows that you're admitting I need to contact him not you guys ...but I called you guys directly so whycome no answer? Please address the real issue not deflect it. Thanks
They used to be good but the last few years they've been incredibly slow, you have to wait hours to be seen. They do not answer the phone at all, they let it ring off the hook. I've tried to get ahold of them and they will not answer. I'll be receiving my services elsewhere.
