I went in today to look for frames for my new prescription. There were at least 3 employees at the front desk, one on the phone and two talking. I was never greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I was there for a good 10-15 minutes and was never acknowledged. I assumed they did not want my business so I left.

This was the worst Appointment with a eye Doctor after my appointment I try to get my contact prescription and they refused to give it to me claiming that I need to come back and try on a pair. When I left with a pair on and I took in with me the prescription that I have been wearing for years ,,they still wanted me to come back and try on what I have All ready been wearing for years made no sense ,,I paid for there services at the time Rendered ,But had to wait 52 DAYS FOR MY PRESCRIPTION..AFTER CALLING AND REQUESTING MY MY PRESCRIPTION RHERE TIMES...NEVER AGAIN Mrs Halterman

not to say too much but I would never refer anyone to this dr office. Ordered contacts from just contacts. Had a problem with the shipment and was informed from just lenses about the problem. Well my contacts are on a later ship date. Mind you I ordered in ample this to have them shipped in time to replace in plenty time. I ask to pay for one pair from this office was told I was lying about what I told them and even went as far to say they called the manufacturer and said just lenses was lying and they were not on back order. Totally uncalled for. Should have just said we do not have them instead of calling a paying customer for years a liar . Sad but true what we have become

The associate that helped me choose a pair of glasses was absolutely wonderful. She never made me feel rushed and did everything she could to help me make the best choice. She is the kind of employee that makes a business shine above others.

Great professionalism and really enjoyed my experience while there. Amy was great with helping me pick out frames. Dr Deborah really rock.
