Eye Examiners

As far as the doctor himself he was good. I feel he was thorough. After finding that I have cataracts he suggested that I have another test done to further see more of my eye. I'm glad I did now. Thanks doc. Now the reason I only gave 3 stars.... My appointment was at 1:30, I arrived at 1:29. I didn't leave there until 4:20! This is the 2nd time I've been here (1st time with my husband about a year ago) and they were JUST AS BUSY! So be prepared for a wait. Other than that the ladies were great and like I said the doctor was good.

Staff is great! The girls are always happy and smiling. Clinic atmosphere is good, you will wait a little while unless you get the first appointment in the morning or right after lunch but clinics get busy and I get that. BUT what I didn't like is how the doctor talks to his staff. I understand wanting your clinic to run smoothly but there is no reason to make these sweet girls cry. They are obviously trying their best and he was belittling them in front of patients and it's not cool. They are probably struggling to make ends meet and coming to work everyday where someone treats them poorly is a horrible life to live. I hope he takes a little bit of gratitude that they continue show up and continue to do their best for him, being nice will get you a lot further than being mean. It's obviously a very Christian place since he is giving out bibles but God does not want you to use your authority to be mean to the people who work for you. Please treat them better I feel so bad for that girl who was crying :(

Have taken three family members to this office. I have had no problem with the staff or doctor. They were packed this last time but it's a doctors office and sometimes things happen. Still great service. Thanks for making my family see better.

I went To see Dr. John marcev Due to having chemical conjunctivitis In my eyes. I have missed work because I have been unable to see fully. My work does not accept doctors excuses, And told me I needed to have my physician to fill out a medical leave of absence paperwork to cover my absences. John's exact words were " Not my job and not my problem." He knew that my job would be in jeopardy if I was unable to get this paperwork completed because he could not see me on Monday. He could only see me on Wednesday As this was an unforeseen event that happened on Sunday and that was the soonest He could see me. With that being said, I just want everyone to be aware that this doctor does not care about you. If he is not willing to take time out of his day to make sure that you do not lose your job because Of a serious condition happening to you that is out of your control, Then what makes you think he cares about your health at all? I will never see this doctor again. If you value your employment and need paperwork from a doctor to continue your employment when you are missing workdays, this is not a doctor that will help you.

I've been going to Eye Examiners for 18 or 19 years. Dr Marcev and his staff are pleasant and professional, and they do very good work. You can't find a better place to get your eyes checked.

The staff and Dr. Marcev are always so friendly! They handle all of my needs swiftly and professionally!

Great clinic always nice and courteous. The entire staff always make you feel at home.

I received the best care and information. Will be coming back and giving a good referral to friends and family.
