Very affordable, quick, and knowledgeable. They even offered training for my teenage daughter on her first pair of contacts. I was impressed with the professionalism and patience of the staff, and wanted to highlight Angela the receptionist. One of the best receptionist interactions I've had in a long time! She was friendly with ever patient, and answered everyone's questions with care. With service like that we will be making Hattiesburg Eye Clinic our permanent home for Eye Care!

My mom and other family members are patients here. I took my mom to her appointment here recently and she seemed all happy. My mom said everybody seems happy with this establishment except... when she came out of her appointment she was all grumpy about all sorts of things. Now my mom is often grumpy so... They have a nice optics place inside this clinic and they also sell sunglasses with brands like Costa, Maui Jim & Ray Ban. I have never been to any other optical place that had so many patients waiting to be seen! So I have to assume this is a very popular clinic.

My mother had cataract surgery on both eyes and was in and out both times well under two hours. . The staff works like a well-oiled machine, professional, and very courteous. The facility is clean and well-kept. Jan, the lady behind the desk, is very considerate and sweet, making sure each patient is comfortable; she is very patient and knowledgeable and will find an answer and assist you in any way she can. This place seems to stay busy, but orderly.

The staff is very professional, courteous, and excellent at their respective duties. I'm not an easy person to stick and the nurse had no difficulty getting my vein. There is an obvious teamwork approach to the surgery and care received here.

I called 2 weeks ago to order my little boys a pair of glasses. Asked to pick them up at the oak grove location. Never heard back. Called again last week. The order was never put in. So I reordered and again asked that they be sent to the oak grove location. Got a call today. They're ready but they're at the main clinic and to have them shipped to oak grove they need my credit card information. This has never been an issue before. Probably just going to switch to someone else. Smh

Terrible! BEWARE - the MD do not accept "Superior Vision" only OD doctors. It is not the insurance, it is Hattiesburg Eye Clinic. This is a change from a few years ago. It's a shame that teachers have to see OD doctors if they want their insurance to pay.
