I have been using Heritage Vision Center for over 30 years. As a teacher I would start my summer vacation by getting new glasses (my eyes change often). Before I found HVC, it would take all summer to get a proper fit (one summer I gave up and put aside my new glasses and just used the old ones). My first visit to HVC my glasses were great. No return visits all summer for adjustments. Now retired for over 25 years, I always go to Heritage Vision Center for my glasses. Kevin and his staff are always wonderful.

I had an eye exam next door and immediately went in and ordered an expensive frame with progressive lenses. I also ordered the magnetic post sunglasses and the magnetic post blue light computer lenses. In all, after insurance etc. I spent over $940. I was told my order would be completed in 7 to 10 days. On business day #7 after placing the order, I stopped by to check on my order. The receptionist checked and told me it would take the 10 days. I left. Today is the 10th business day after placing the order. I called to check and I was told, "there was a problem at the lab and your order wasn't processed but, they're working on it now and we should be able to get it to you next week. " Heritage processed my Visa card payment in 5 minutes but lost track, better yet, didn't track my order until I followed up on it. This experience is dreadful. It's the start of a 3 day weekend so I guess that will increase the delay. Be cautious and track your order.

My husband really needed a new pair of glasses (the kind that darkens) and he got a great exam, glasses and a super warranty and fast efficient service!! He was thrilled! Highly recommend!

The gentlemen that helped me ( name escapes me ) was so polite, professional, accommodating. This was my first visit! I live for efficiency and was able to get my glasses same dayyyy! Im talkin like 2hrs later, not even! Def ask about magnets in your lens for clip on shades and accessories! I love mines.

We have had such a positive experience with Mr. Kevin from Heritage Vision Center. It's wonderful to have someone who not only meets your eyeglass and contact needs but also provides excellent customer service. He goes above and beyond any hour of the day to make sure that you have what you need. He makes sure that he builds strong relationships with his customers and also treats them as friends. My daughter refuses to go anywhere else but to her "Uncle" Kevin to get her glasses fitted and we have never been unsatisfied.
