Doctor was awesome, spend time on you too make sure you get what you need. Laura at front are always friendly an professional. The ladies that help with picking the glasses are awesome to. My glasses are broke is why I had to get new ones, she fixed them till my new ones get in. Great job

My grievance is specifically with the adjacent optometrist next door. This was my first time getting contacts and my experience was very subpar. My appointment took much longer than I have typically experience but since it was my first time I initially wrote that off. They sent me home with trials but my vision was consistently blurry. I then had to return to the clinic to be reexamined and have my prescription corrected. I was then sent home with several trials to try on for the next week. I called and left several voicemails about which ones I wanted but never got a call back. I had to take off more time from work to go in person to get a response. There was a severe lack of communication and I have only just not gotten my contacts after being seen originally on Nov 01.

Dr. Marchbanks is very accommodating. They are open until 6 PM, which is great if you have school or work. I pay out of pocket, and it is around $100 for contact and glass prescription. This also includes visual field testing and dilation. I've never had an issue coming here for the last 3 years. Highly recommend!
