I had an amazing experience yesterday as a new patient at this eye doctor's office. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and made the check-in process so easy.
The entire team was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. Dr Thrower was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my concerns, which made a huge difference as a new patient.
