If you need to see any time soon or want your glasses or contact orders to be correct the first time, don't go here. I had my eye exam in February 2024 and here it is Sept 2024 and I still do NOT have the correct lens in my glasses and I brought my own frames because there frames was out of budget for my insurance. They have changed staff several times throughout this process and there is no consistency. I didn't get my correct contacts until July and I still don't have the lens I paid $200 for. The first person I spoke to about my lens when they came in 3 months late told me I was wrong about what I know I paid extra for and brushed me off. I was insistent and ended up speaking with someone who was competent in her craft. She was able to assist me in ordering the correct lens which, guess what, still haven't come in. I have been to this office at least 5 times and I have called so many times I lost count(by the way, they hardly ever answer the phone). I have been promised time and time again that your lens will be here this week and still months later...no lens. I will NEVER come here again! I need my correct lens and they don't ever have to worry about seeing my face in their office ever again because has to be the WORST experience that I have EVER had! If I could rate in the negatives I would.
