Odom's Eye Care Optical

I am very disappointed with this eyeglass store. My mother spent nearly $700 on a pair of glasses, and within just one year they broke due to a quality issue. When she went back to ask for help, the staff showed no responsibility and offered no real solution. Our whole family has been using this store for years, but after this experience, we will no longer be coming back. The poor quality and unhelpful attitude were truly disappointing.

I have been a loyal customer of this optical store for over 10 years, and I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Last year, I purchased a pair of glasses here and paid almost $700 for what they said was a high-quality, durable frame. After just a little over one year, the frame cracked at the connection point. When I brought it back, I was told that it could not be repaired and that I had to pay $171 for a replacement frame. This was very surprising because in the past, the store always helped us replace frames for free, especially when it was clearly a quality issue. I feel that this is very unfair and unprofessional. After being a loyal customer for so many years, I did not expect to be treated this way. I am very disappointed with the service and will seriously consider taking my business elsewhere in the future.

My Favorite ODOM'S EYE DOCTOR THE Building is soooo clean,there bathroom is Beautiful, clean ,the Eye Doctor's are all nice , always smiling They welcome u ,make u feel welcome we walk into there EYE CARE OFFICE,THEY HAVE BEAUTIFUL CHRISTMAS

I've been going here for a couple years but this year has took a turn! I set an appointment in the beginning of the month less than a week before the appointment I got a call that my appointment was canceled because the doctor is on vacation and I cannot be seen until the beginning of May. My original appointment was for April 18th. I asked if I could be squeezed in since it was last minute of a cancellation they still couldn't find time. I called today for a second try because of how long I've been going there. I was told there was still not a doctor in office. BOOK WITH SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO SEE A DOCTOR!!!

They going to call me a week before my appointment and tell me she no longer sees patients on Friday this appointment is made a year ahead of time very unprofessional

The minute I walked into Odom's Eye Care I was greeted very pleasantly with a smile . My wait time was less than 5 minutes. I was greeted again by the nurse as she took me to the designated area.She was very professional as well as friendly. As Dr Evans entered she made me feel as we were long time friends with a beautiful smile along with being very professional, extremely knowledgeable about her work with explaining everything Thoroughly and clearly... MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!!!

I've always had great eyesight, however, since turning 40 last summer I've noticed some changes. I decided to give Odom's Eye Care a try because they were not only convenient but had great reviews. I've seen Dr. Thompson and Dr. Evans and they are both very thorough and friendly. Their staff is equally pleasant and helpful, I try to support local businesses any chance I can and places like this are the reason why.

Odom's Eye Care is the BEST!!! The entire staff is so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Evans is awesome and is always so caring when it comes to her patients, young and old. Myself and my daughter love it there and so do our eyes!
