I have a wonderful experience with my Doctor and staff. The office environment is so bless and well organized. Thank you for allowing me to become one of your wonderful patients bless by FATHER GOD AND JESUS CHRIST with great sight(vision) in my new season of going towards 50 years age of life.

Always a pleasant experience visiting this clinic. Friendly staff, excellent Doctor Justin McElroy. Short wait time. Feel like I have been listened to on my progress and appreciate his suggestions.

Needed to use my glasses benefits at years end.. called around to see who would be open on New Years Eve. The phone rings for their Laurel, MS location and a very rude lady by the name of Courtney picks up. The time is about 10:50am.. I ask what time were they closing on NYE, let her know that I wanted to use my benefits before the year went out, that I had never been there before, AND that I already had a new Rx. Courtney responds & says "well we are closing today at noon sooo.. are you on your way?" Taken aback I respond "ok.. yes I am in Laurel now and can be there soon." She responds very rudely with "ok but yeah we close at noon today.. are you on your way like now.. how soon can you be here because you need to be here before 11:30" After that comment I am done.. so I simply say "ok.. you guys close at noon.. thanks." Now.. to sum all this up neatly.. I will never ever set foot in an Eyecare Associates facility!! Never!! First impressions Ms Courtney.. you do not get a second chance to make those! I explained to you that I had never been there.. and as a potential NEW Patient.. this is the unprofessional non-welcoming uninviting disrespectful energy via phone I receive?? I was left feeling dismissed and unheard. Ms Courtney you have lost me.. but please do better for the next new caller.. it's how businesses grow and thrive instead of wither & die.

The eye exam went well, Dr Tiffany McElroy did a great job. During the exam I showed Dr McElroy the frames I wished to use. I asked her if the lenses could be beveled like the ones in the frames, she was quite sure that could be done. Upon picking them up the lenses were not beveled, I called the office several times, it took call 4 to get a response. I wish things could have gone better, but overall they are not too bad. The young lady who did the history information was so kind and sweet. You hired a great one with her! Dr. McElroy lived up to her reputation. Thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. Everyone I came in contact with from the front desk until I left was exceptional.

Dr McElory is great!! She is really kind and sweet. My left bottom eyelid was growing backwards into my eye. I was in pain. She handle her business. Thank you Dr McElory. She is good at what she do.

I can only speak of Dr. Tiffany as she has helped me where other doctors (different clinics) haven't. She's knowledgeable, caring and so friendly. Highly recommend! The staff is friendly, too.
