I have a very high prescription and they have samples available to try, which has been rare at other offices. This place seems nice enough, but they act like they do not want your money. Making an appointment to even look at their frames seems to be like an unnecessary step, especially considering we may not like any of them! I've walked in tons of places that welcomed us to look... but took a second to say that running insurance or checking out may be delayed after those who did make appointments, which makes total sense.
