I had my first appointment at Reflections earlier this month, and it was a very positive experience! Everyone was kind and efficient. The building feels clean and fresh. I had made some disability accommodation requests ahead of time, and the staff seemed happy to accommodate me! I'm also quite sensitive to mold and/or strong smells; and I had no problems whatsoever at this location! This was my first eye doctor visit in years, and I'm very pleased with my experience!

Absolutely love my new eye doctor at Reflections vision care.. Dr. Lenoir and staff took great care of me and fitted me for a replacement pair of contact lenses. I was referred by my old doctor ,who I had been with for over 20 years , to see Dr. Lenoir because she specializes in contact lenses . Taking his advice and transitioning to Dr. Lenoir was the best decision I could have made!! I'm happy to be her patient now. Absolutely love the hands on customer service and the smiles.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. My family and I have been loyal customers of this office for a few years, spending hundreds of dollars on contacts and glasses. We choose to shop locally rather than buying online, despite having the option to do so. The doctor has always been great, and scheduling has been easy. However, our latest interaction was disappointing and led us to decide to leave. I recently called to schedule an appointment for my husband, who had lost a box of contacts during travel. With a two-week wait for an appointment, I requested a trial pair of contacts to get him through that period, even offering to pay for them. Unfortunately, the manager informed me that they couldn't provide a trial pair and that there was nothing they could do to assist us. I was told that it wasn't their concern, and the manager even scolded my husband for not scheduling his appointment earlier. We all have busy lives and he is on the road a lot for work. Yes, he was late with appointment, that is the exact reason I was making the appointment. This lack of flexibility and customer care was disheartening, especially given our long-term relationship with the office. In light of this experience, I requested to have my entire family removed from their system. It's disappointing when a valued relationship is undermined by poor customer service. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and leads to better handling of such situations in the future. It's unfortunate that they lost three clients over something as simple as a pair of contacts that I was willing to pay for.

My first visit was amazing. Dr Lenoir was very patient and passionate about her work. I felted so comfortable and excited about getting contacts for the first time. Would definitely recommend her to everyone I know. Thanks Reflections Vision

Dr, Lenoir and her entire staff are well worth the 95 mile drive. My friend recommended this office and I am grateful for the recommendation. My experiences have all been positive. Dr. Lenoir has a calming spirit and I believe her concerns for me are sincere.

***UPDATE: I have been using Dr Lenoir for years now. I have no plans to go anywhere else. She works MAGIC! I have an eye condition that has given me fits!! I can wear contacts, comfortably and SEE. Her office is professional and caring. . I love how thorough they are. I still drive about an hour to see her and will continue. I'm an old woman and I have seen a lot of doctors....I recommend no one else. I live almost an hour away from Dr. Lenoir's office but it was worth the time, effort and drive for the eye care I received. I'm a KC patient with very hard to fit eyes. For the first time in YEARS I can see well and see comfortably. Her staff is amazing. I actually opted to get new glasses along with my contacts. I couldn't be more satisfied.

This past weekend my son had and appointment. I scheduled the appointment a month in advance explaining to the front lady what head need to have done and why I was the person calling to schedule even though my son is over 21. The front lady stated she would ensure that he only what I call a request to have done. Now come this Saturday my son call me an said mom they charged me this amount of money an I know the cost was not right. So I call to the office and again the front lady said I see you didn't call a an asked for an eye exam only. But the dr took it upon her self to do more. I'm not sure how a why their isn't communication with the front and back office but it clearly need to be more of. So I guess I spoke with the Office manger which was VERY rude !!! A she stated since your son was over 21 he spoke on his behalf. Something you don't know a person state in life an they don't know what the decision to make or what they are asking to have done or agreeing to have done. Thats why I asked on the date that I made the appointment please make sure he only get an eye exam nothing more because it's something's he doesn't understand. But they have lost two families from my son experience on this weekend an them not being remorseful at ALL for what they did only stating my son is over 21 and he has the right to make his own decisions.

This place is awesome! I had an 8am appointment (first of the day) and was brought back nearly immediately. The first few tests were simple and seamless and best of all NO EYE PUFFING MACHINE!!! They gave amazing instructions and told me what to expect throughout the process. The doc took the time to answer questions about my prescription, if I was a candidate for Lasik, and how my eye is different than a prototypical one. I don't think I have ever had this good of an examination experience and got this much insight as to what was going on in there. Overall I would highly recommend the well run and professional eye care office. You won't be disappointed.
