Dr Chuck Barnes Family Vision Care

Ive been going to Dr. Barnes for over 10 years, He use to be a caring eye doctor with genuine concern for his patients. Now he rushes through his visits with little care for his patients, like he's in a hurry. His staff is even worse. They left off half of my prescription and blamed it on me. They were very rude to me as they ushered me out of the door. I tried to schedule another visit to solve the eye glass problem and was told it would be months before I could see Dr. Barnes again. I would give him a zero rating if I had that option.

This place is horrible...first their attitude sucks on the first day there. My glasses was $804.00 with my insurance it was $270.00 so I returned to pay. The price change to $301.00 so I paid. They said 15 weeks come to find out it 15 business days. Now they are liars also. So I called back to see come to find out they deliberately had my glasses shipped to a different company. But from my understanding it's already in the computer to where it's supposed to be delivered how can this happen now I'm waiting another 15 business days I guess I'll report this so others will not have this same issue.Also the manager Donna said you will get your DAMN glasses... yes she cursed at Me Today really weird they called me the next day saying my glasses are in but how when you said they reordered them? But it's okay I have my glasses now.

Ok I was satisfied with the visit but my glasses broke and they ordered me a new pair but glass frame was black and she comes with chetu print glasses I was upset about this then came back out withy old ones and said you can glue them together I spent my money on what I wanted no those frame very upset didn't try to figure out nothing to help out

Love Dr. Barns, have been going to him for years. Use to have the most friendly staff.. I pull up to the office today for my yearly exam and staff is outside smoking cigarettes peaking around the building at my family and I. Once we reach the inside of the building we are rudely asked what we need by what seemed to be an employee under the influence, I informed her we had appointments and she directed me towards the receptionist area. The receptionist wasn't much better at all, nothing but bad attitudes and sass from the new staff.

I went to see the doctor around the summertime. Amazing staff and service in choosing my frames and lenses. I walked away with a pair of fabulous Prada glasses, paid for by BCBS insurance and my health savings account. The experience couldn't have been more amazing

I absolutely hate the eye doctor. I haven't gone in like 4 years but I went to see Dr. Barnes last Wednesday. He is absolutely the greatest! & even though I do not have vision insurance it was not that expensive. Cannot wait to get my new glasses in!

I received my new glasses last week and I couldn't be more pleased. The whole process , from getting your eyes checked to picking up your glasses, was as pleasant as possible. Each person I. Interacted with was knowledgeable and helpful. And my glasses are perfect.
