The man when I checked out hustled and lied to my face repeatedly. My insurance allows a benefit for vision. I only odered $300 worth of contacts. I said I may come back and use the $200 left for glasses. He repeatedly told me if I did not use all the money I would lose what I didn't use! It didn't feel right and I know when im being hustled and lied to but I stupidly filled the full $500. I called my insurance when I got home and they told me absolutely not. That $200 would be good until December 31, 2026. I called back and told the receptionist what I found out and that I was upset and dissatisfied with his behavior. She giggled and said what you want to do. So disrespectful!! I also believe they have different laminated price sheets that they use based upon the look of the customer because I have called around and no one charges what they charged my insurance. I'm not done because I refuse to be hustled and lied to! To be continued!

My mother went to see them in August and they gave her glasses not billing insurance. She paid by credit card $660 only to get her glasses and nothing done to them. She took them back to be corrected in November asked how long would it be they said 15 days went called to inquire the week before Christmas and was told they sent them off on several occasions to be corrected. Still no glasses replaced . I stood in the office while the secretary called him and he stated he had the order with him. Go back in January of 2026 mind you this started August 2025 still no glasses asks for a refund and didn't want to give it . Spoke with Ames Troupe and she stated she sent them off and they'd be back January 8th asked when they were sent off she doesn't have an order for when . Further action will be taken . Elvis is rude and keeping people's money. She needs to be reported to the optometrist bureau for this kind of behavior and situation

Poor quality my husband's glasses broke less than a month after he got them. They would not repair or replace. He did not damage them, they were poor quality and came apart. My glasses came apart during their production also. Clearly poor quality and NO customer servive. I would love to give -5 stars.

I have not received my glasses I paid for in November. Give me my glasses or a refund of my money.

First and foremost I didn't have to wait a month or longer to get an appointment. I took advantage of the two pair of eye glasses for $120. The Staff was very nice and professional and to mention I was done with everything not even an hour. Keep up the Good work.

Very professional! They welcomed my baby boy with no problem! The doctor and her workers made my baby feel safe. She checked eyes and made sure he got what he needed. I love them.

First and foremost when you walk in it feels like family. My granddaughter was the only one with an appointment. When I realized that her appointment was there. I ask if I could be seen, without any hesitation I was told yes. They truly care about their patients, if you're looking for a Optometrist office that make you feel like you're part of their family.
