Walmart Vision & Glasses

I had an incredible experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Natchez, all thanks to Chasitie Kent--also known as The Lens Doctor, and now I fully understand why she's earned that name! Her service was absolutely amazing--fast, efficient, and extremely professional from start to finish. Chasitie made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering every question I had with confidence and care. She clearly knows her stuff, and it shows in how she treats her customers. She also mentioned that she's the new manager, and with the kind of top-tier service she provided, I can honestly say the Natchez location is in great hands. If this is a sign of what's to come under her leadership, this Vision Center is only going up from here. Highly recommend seeing The Lens Doctor herself if you want service done right!

I had a wonderful experience at Walmart Vision Center. The associates were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They worked hard to find me the right glasses, and to make sure that they fit perfectly!

Chasitie was amazing and so much help. She fixed our issues quickly and definitely knew what she was doing!! My glasses have never fit better.

Went to get a vision exam and glasses today. I was originally informed by another worker that I was not covered on insurance. Chas, the manager, came to save the day. She called to verify insurance and I was covered. I got a pair of glasses ordered today & can't wait to see them. Thanks, Chas! :)

I looked on line to see the hours of the Vision Center and it says open until 6pm, today. I arrived at 2:30pm. I saw the only lady behind the register and I said I really need some help. I started to show her my glasses and I tried to tell her I needed them fixed, before she rudely cut me off saying, "I've been here since 9.oclock, I'm about to go to lunch. That's why some of the lights are off"! Then she reachedoutfor metogi e her my glasses. And I said, "no that's okay"!! I was livid!! As was walking out the door, she again said, "I've been here since 9am" I told her, "I don't care"!! She replied, *Okay I don't either"!! I reviewed the times the eye center was opened and it never indicated that someone was going to lunch at 2:30!!! I do not appreciate being treated like that.I also don't think it's my responsibility as to what time someone goes to lunch. I understand people have to get breaks and lunch. However why was she the only one there? And why is she taking lunch at 2:30? Can't someone post online they close for lunch? Why did this happen at all? And I was FULLY aware she didn't care.So I knew not to ask for any help. Please fix this Walmart Eye Center, this was not professional AT ALL!! PLEASE have more staff available to help and to be more courteous to the customer. And change your website that you close for lunch.

Every time I visit Walmart vision center, I'm treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. The ladies that work there are truly amazing....... Makes me want to pop in at random just to visit. This will be the only place I go for all of my eyeglass needs.

Stay far away from these people. Prescription written in three months ago, but because of the doctor wrote the wrong year, they would not honor it. I am the most un prejudice person you know ,grew up with uncles that are black ,uncles that are white. Never have been treated the way I've been treated by these people. Once in years, I believe I'm speechless. I will be contacting a lawyer since they will not give me a prescription and it was paid for four months ago and going from there just to prove a point. Thank God there's lots of lawyers and law-enforcement in my family......
