They do NOT tell u of costs upfront! They just bill u and tell u that u owe! I have insurance and they still want more money for just glasses. They also talked me into a lens that I am very dissatisfied with. Customer service is a joke! They r wanting over $300 from me for lenses that I didn't want to begin with and frames that my insurance covered $130 for. I don't think glasses really cost this much! $500 and the only thing I got was progressive lenses that I was talked into and very dissatisfied with

They told me I had to pay my insurance copay when I made the appointment and again after appointment. But billed me an extra$100 or so. After talking to them several times. They promised to remove. But they sent to a bill collector.
