Absolute worst experience The manager Edward pretended he was making a phone call to verify our insurance and I watched as he pushed the pound key 15 times was never actually making a phone call was just pushing the same number over and over I waited two weeks for them to get these glasses ready to order for me and was told that they would call me back. I have called several times never received a phone call back. Very unprofessional and very uneducated staff. Leona was too busy on her phone to engage with customers.

I cannot say ENOUGH about the team in the vision center! Ms. Trish and Mr. Steve has taken care of me as if I was their daughter! Mr. Steve has cared about my vision since 2015 and I will not go anywhere else! As a retired service man, he takes so much pride in his work and it shows! (Thank you for your service in the military and at Wally World!) Such personal service and care! I appreciate their time and concern for my vision, comfort and pocket book, more than I can express! Adrena at the Long Beach store is fantastic! Works hard to meet your needs and find the perfect glasses for you.
Had to return to the vision center with an issue with my eyeglasses. Steve and Stormy went above and beyond to satisfy my vision issue. It truly is a fantastic vision center that is very customer focused with terrific service, great eyeglasses assortment and a very good price. Just not accustomed to such good customer service. The staff at Walmart Vision Center Pass Christian, MS do an excellent job of creating a comfortable environment for creating better vision. From the Doctors visit to selection of eye wear and maintenance of the glasses after the sell, the staff strive to enhance the experience. My recent visit to select and purchase new glasses, Adrena did a wonderful job of assisting me in the selection process and Steve performed his usual expert service in adjusting existing eye glasses and guided me in the selection of lens attributes for the new, all of this in comfortable environment. I truly can't say enough about this most recent interaction, purchasing new glasses can be a nerve wracking experience, they it make fun with a professional and relaxing demeanor.
