3 tries to get glasses. 1st time wrong prescription in one lens. Second try, no transitions on the replacement lens. Picked them up today and now one lens has a gap in between the frame and lens large enough for a fingernail. They did refund me money spent with them and they were very nice. But this is insane. Good luck if you use them.

I paid for an expensive pair of glasses and the so called doctor did not order what I paid for. I got a cheaper pair. They didn't call me and asked if that was ok and did NOT refund me the difference. The prescription was wrong that's the only way I found out that I didn't get what I paid for. When they returned the glasses to get the right prescription put in, Amanda said she will make sure I get what I paid for this time. The only person that works there that I liked was Amanda. She was honest and knew what she was doing. I have tried calling several times and left messages to see if my glasses came in yet and no one will not return my calls or answer the phone. Very frustrating. I will NOT go back.. If there is a negative star, I would click it. I returned my glasses on 11/13/2019 and as of 12/12/19 I still haven't received my glasses.

I went to drop off some brand new Givenchy glasses to get some new lenses. They happened to have been there for a week and a half. I never received a call for pick up. I just so happen to just pop up and check on my merchandise, and they were already ready. I examined the glasses while there, and noticed that the lens on the left were not flushed. They were bulging out of the glasses. The bridge piece was obviously broken off and soldered back onto the glasses and it melted the plastic inside the gold rim. The nose pads were twisted also. When I addressed the issue to one of the associates, she looked at me as if I was crazy. Like I was the one who did this. She refused to fix the issue and the manager wasn't there at the time to leave them. It was very unprofessional and could've been handled a lot better than that. I will not be shopping with them from now on.

Dr. Bullin and his staff are excellent. Dr. Bullin treated my husband for an eye injury. He went above and beyond, from having to meet us after office hours to just being a very caring Dr. You can tell he loves what he does by his personality and demeanor toward his clients. I i highly recommend him for your eye care needs.

Tried twice to get lenses corrected so I could read anything at all. No response for more than a month now. It has been several months since my exam. Left msgs but no response. I want a refund so I can go elsewhere and cannot replace money spent. I don't recommend this place at all and will never use them again. I will report to BBB
