Any company that is willing to come in on their day off for a customer is amazing! I am currently in Biloxi for training at Keesler and the last pair of contacts I had bit the dust. I called 30 (that's not an exaggeration) optometrists in Biloxi, Gulfport, and Oceanside to see if they could get me in either same day or early the following week. They all told me they were booked through mid-m=March or mid-February. Apparently every human being is on the same eye exam schedule in this area. I decided to go to the Optometrist at the AAFES on Keesler to see if they could get me in soon. No dice.
I go out to my car and look one more time for an optometrist I hadn't called and I see Moreno Eye Care 68 miles from me. I say to myself "Why not?" I call and they were able to get me in the same day. No fuss. No issues. I gladly drove 1.5 hours to get to them only to met by warm, considerate, professional people. If I lived anywhere near them, this would, without a doubt, be my family's optometrist.
