Lost 3 teeth because of the irresponsible and incompetent amateurs that work here. And good luck if your insurance doesn't cover a certain thing and you're unable to financially pay for it because they won't see you. Never again.

If you're seeing 5 star reviews from 2-3 years ago that's actually because this place used to be fine. It's awful now, they didn't even X-Ray me before they went into the procedure and they didn't even tell me what they were doing. And I was in extreme pain, but they still kept going. I'm still in pain for an area they haven't even bothered to treat. And now they're refusing to see me when I'm in a bad condition. I'm done with this BS place.

Had teeth extracted, molds and measurements were made for dentures

Megan is the WORST optometrist my family has experienced. My sister's prescription was written incorrectly and she refuses to acknowledge it or make the situation right. She failed to examine both eyes with the phoropter and wrote the prescription incorrectly. When asked about it by my sister she responded by bullying and refusing to make the situation right without charging for it. Shame on her and this establishment for forgetting the Hippocratic Oath "to do no harm" and showing such horrible disregard for patient's needs. This office is overbooked and the doctors are arrogant.

AAA+ Stephen is Awesome and explains what's going on and makes sure you are comfortable the entire time, with Sweet Abby by his side!! Megan is sooo Sweet and tells you all about what's going in your eyes and what to expect. She is Amazing!! I recommend both of them for Dental and Vision.
