Positive is the office smells great always. Some staff is nice and other don't give 2 Rat's , you know where I'm going. Everytime we come , they leave us sitting for hours. No matter how many smiles or how polite we are. Last time was three hours and this time was over 2 hours. Worst part is that they could say something , communicate on the wait or visit details.... Nope !! . Would you want someone to leave you sitting in a waiting room at an appointment for hours?? I didn't think so.

Whomever the girl is I spoke to on 1/16 at quarter to 10a, she has absolutely no skills being a receptionist. Rude. No confirmation of anything. "I have you down" is the only thing that was said and hung up very abruptly. No "thanks for calling" or "have a good day". Nothing. Does not belong in a customer service position at all. Very quiet and mumbles too. Very hard to hear her, and the voicemail she left me the day before was even worse for being able to understand. I'm really striking out on eye doctor businesss here in this area. I really hope the people in Olive Branch are better.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Service was fast and efficient. Doctor was thorough and friendly. The office bright and clean. They had a nice selection of frames.

This was my first visit to Desoto Eye Care, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs, taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain each step of the process. The eye exam was thorough, and I appreciated how the optometrist ensured I understood my results and options. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I am confident I made the right choice in choosing Desoto Eye Care for my vision needs.

I think the staff is amazing very positive friendly communicative. I didn't feel like it was an uptight environment. I was surprised that I asked the front desk to adjust my sunglasses and they said they couldn't? I've never been to an eye doctor that couldn't adjust my rims after I've seen them ?

My mother went here and they were very helpful in getting her glasses and eye tests taken care of in a timely, professional manner. They answered all her questions with clarity and she feels as if her eyes are better for the care they gave, having been a patient of theirs for a number of years. She has the utmost confidence in Dr. Schaeffer.

Dr. Bifano is the most unprofessional doctor I've ever seen in my life. He wanted to make my husband feel bad because he couldn't see due to his Keratoconus (which is a very serious, very aggressive eye disease) then admitted he doesn't even specialize in this. We've been dealings with the rudeness and unprofessionalism since October and the doctor couldn't even admit he was wrong and should've never been seeing my husband, so instead of taking accountability he made up a lie and banned us from the clinic. He never would call to update us-we had to call. He never did what he needed to do with the insurance-ever. When I asked the office manager she came up with lots of lies and laughed at my face with concerns for my husband's health and eyes. Would NEVER recommend this office or Dr. Bifano to anyone. My husband has never and will be a negative person but you can only be disrespected to much by a "doctor" before you don't to even continue the eye exam. Disgusting behavior from the whole clinic.

I've had a very disappointing experience here. I left my glasses in the office during a visit, and when I called shortly after, I was told they were not found and that the office did not have cameras to review. At my next appointment, I saw multiple cameras throughout the building, which was confusing and concerning. My glasses were never returned. I also requested my contact lens prescription several times over the past week so I could order replacement lenses. I provided my email each time, but I didn't receive anything until several days later after multiple follow-up calls. I'm sharing this to describe my experience: the inconsistent communication and lack of responsiveness made the entire process far more stressful than it needed to be. I also noticed a sudden influx of very similar 5-star reviews around the time I posted mine, which raised some concerns for me about the reliability of the overall ratings. Based on what I experienced, I would recommend considering other eye care providers if you're looking for reliability and follow-through.
