I had been going to this clinic for almost 20 years, I call first thing Friday morning to see if they can treat an INFECTED eyelid that same afternoon. I was rudely told they do not do office visits on Friday afternoons and to call a different clinic. After hanging up on this rude woman, I believe her name is Connie, the office manager, Gina called me very rudely saying they legally cannot see me on a Friday afternoon and would not let me speak. She very rudely told me I should look somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE.

On Monday September 18th, I went into Eyear Optical to pick up a pair of glasses that I had made. When I took the prescription in I was asked did I have insurance...I told the lady that I had Medicare, and that was all. Not knowing that my insurance provided EyeMed as a provider. I was given a price of $405. Now, when I went to pickup the eye glasses. I told them that I had Eye Med, and I was told that I couldn't use it. Things turned ugly with everyone of the employees in the store... they turned into some prejudice folk. I paid $392.00 only because I did not want to cause a bigger problem. I asked for a eye glass case for the glasses....I was told, "didn't you get one from the place you brought the frames". At this point I was furiously angry. When I got home I told my daughter what happen and she said mother did you wear that tee shirt that you have on to that store, I said yes...she said oh I see why you got treated that way. This is the front of my Tee Shirt. I will never ever recommend or go back to Eyear again. Prejudice as Hell. So glad that I asked God to guard my tongue. Wonder if they know Jesus saved them. Cause I can go from one to ten

As someone who is new to the area, I can't express enough how grateful I am to have found this wonderful team of doctors and their associates. They have truly been exceptional in their care for my eyes, and their kindness and understanding have made all the difference in my experience.

We have had an issue with billing our insurance the last two times we've visited this location. My son ordered contacts, which are covered under our insurance. They attempted to charge us full price. When I inquired as to why the office manager Gina stated "We don't get into people's business like that". Huh? When I attempted to explain that every Dr's office I've ever been to simply bills the insurance on file and charges you the difference. She began to talk over me and when I asked to be allowed to speak she abruptly stated "We will send them back and I'll send you your prescriptions" In other words, they don't want our business. Cool there are lots of optometrists around who understand the concept.

I took both of my girls their and the staff was so friendly. My children were very pleased with the glasses selection and the doctor was a comedian. I will definitely be going back and surely recommend them to other customers. Thank the own staff for a wonderful job!!

Awesome place. Great customer service. It was my first time going today. I wanted better quality lens and frames then the VA can offer and I needed some quick. Lost mys a few days ago . Went grabbed my Prescription from the VA. Went here picked out some frame an hour later I had glasses again .affordable nice glasses

I drove over 80 miles for me and my wife. They are VERY rude and very short with me and her. We will NEVER return to this eye wear. The woman black hair short behind the counter was just straight up rude to my wife. Another woman saw this and took over and she was great.
