Rayner Eye Clinic

I cannot say enough great things about Rayner Eye Clinic in Southaven, MS. Dr. Emily Graves and her staff were wonderful! I had cataract surgery on both eyes on two successive days. I have followed Dr. Graves post surgery instructions carefully. A week later, I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes. I especially want to thank Dr. Graves (the surgeon), and Alisia, and the rest of the staff for their sincere care.

I had my eye surgery by Dr. Emily Graves. I was having problem with driving at night and seeing road signs at a distance. She assured me that this surgery would correct my problems and that I needed corrective lenses at an additional cost. I took her word for this. Since the surgery my eyes were much worse immediately. I went in and was told that sometimes it might take longer to adjust. It never improved after I gave it time. I went back hoping to get this resolved within 3-4 months. I was told the same thing and they even billed me for an office visit. Please beware .

Had an awesome experience at Rayner today. Everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful. Tech was great. Dr Graves explained surgery for both eyes (cataract). Even though they were extremely busy she took.time to answer all our questions. Dalton made my appts for surgery and post op appointments before we left the off. I would definitely recommend Rayner Eye Clinic.

I shared this on my email so I thought I would share my feelings with you all. Thank you so very much. OK, for some of you who know me know that I have had some vision difficulties as of late. Well yesterday I had an appointment at Rayner eye clinic. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this clinic is. I learned more about my eyes yesterday than I have ever been told before. I had gotten to the point of being very frustrated at not being able to see since it hadn't been that long that I got my new glasses. Dr. Richardson and his staff new exactly what to do. I was given a very easy laser treatment and I am back to being able to see once again. My thanks go out to Rayner eye clinic, Dr. Richardson and the staff for making me feel at ease and comfortable and for helping me to see again. your eyesight is nothing to mess around with. If you're having problems please go and see about it!

I had cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr. Zoghby made sure I understood everything and did a great job. The staff is friendly, quick to return phone calls and always helpful. Fantastic experience.

Medical receptionist at the front desk was rude. I asked that their office place an accurate sign when taking lunch as it said back at 12:20 and I was left standing at the front desk till 12:35. She made a condescending remark that she would change it "just for me" and before I left I let her know that the sign needs to be accurate for all patients. I hope she doesn't treat all patients in such a manner.

Staff is very friendly but have waited over an hour to see the Doctor, always over booked
