By far, this was the best experience I have ever had at Walmart. I had the pleasure of working with Deborah Jennings, who was exceptionally professional, highly knowledgeable about Meta glasses, and remarkably attentive to every customer--even while assisting others simultaneously.
It is rare to encounter someone who genuinely enjoys their work and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Ms. Jennings exceeded all expectations and made my visit truly exceptional. I only wish I had encountered her sooner in my years of shopping for eyewear.
I will definitely be returning for all of my future optical needs. Thank you again for such excellent service.

Had an eye exam with Dr Dowdy who was great & purchased the Meta glasses with my prescription with the vision center. Everybody was cool, patient, & knowledgeable. Reginald promptly greeted me, made sure I got set up right, & stayed available through the set up process. Real cool. Deborah doubled down on that information as a great manager should do. I wish I knew the other lady (maybe Tasha) who helped me on 9/13 around 2pm with the Meta Glasses but she was mega great too.
I will be recommending you all to everyone I know. I appreciate this center

This is hands down THE BEST, let me say it again, THE BEST vision center I've been too. I found my new optometrist. The care is beyond exceptional. First let me start with eye doctor Dr Dowdy. She was very attentive. Answered every question I had, no rush. She explained things well. She was patient and kind. No complaints. Now, let me tell you about the side where you go and get your glasses. Mrs Deborah is my favorite. This lady has soooo much patience. lol no joke. I must've tried on about 40 pair of frames. I'm sorry Mrs Deborah, I'm very indecisive. But with all of my shenanigans, she remained professional, calm, engaging, she nevertheless got impatient or irritated. She helped me out all the way through to my final selection and purchases. I can say the same for Natasha and Thondra. Great customer service!! No I meant to say EXCEPTIONAL!! The center was clean. I witnessed them wiping down areas and taking special care to sanitize after each customer. The frame selection is superb!!! So many to choose from.
If you are searching for a new eye doctor, search no more. GO now..... RUN to make that appointment and check them out. You'll be glad you did.

My mother lives in Lakeland, TN. She always buys her glasses from Walmart vision center. When she heard Deborah got transferred to the Walmart in Southaven, i immediately had to take her to that Walmart. Deborah has always been very sweet and helpful to my mom.
