The last glasses I got were worse than the old ones I had. The lens kept popping out and I took it back and it kept doing it. I decided to wear my old glasses. Then I made my next appointment but the day of, I ended up across the street in the emergency room and come too find out, I had another cancer. But I called and told whoever answered the phone at the vision center that I was in the emergency room and she asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told her I would call back after I was out of the emergency room. When I did call back I was given an appointment almost 3 months later but that was OK. When I went to the appointment there were two ladies at the reception desk that were so rude. Neither would even look up from what they were doing until one finally told me I owed 25.00 and I asked for what and I was told because I was a no show. I don't have extra money for that. I told the ladies that I did call from the emergency room but then again, neither would look at me. I stood there and after seeing that I was going to be ignored again, I walked out. Then I get a bill in the mail for the 25.00 no show appointment. First off, when I first started going there I was really happy because there was a Doctor there that I enjoyed but then he left I guess. Now I have to find another eye doctor and there aren't anymore in Wiggins, so that just makes it harder on me. But I'm not paying a 25.00 no show bill. Just awful treatment.

I Like Dr . Loose , however his office workers not as much. When I call with questions each girl will give me a different answer . Some questions have been about insurance , and prices which I feel is important . One girl even told me they didn't take my insurance at all , which is not true . Glasses selection is decent .

My kids and I all go to the vision center for our eye exams and glasses and we absolutely love it! Everyone is so nice and helpful!

Would rate zero stars if I could. This place needs to do better.I promise you will find better service elsewhere. Walmart treated me more professionally and better than this place. It's very unfortunate I have to drive 30+ minutes away just to receive good service and eye care without having to pay extra just for their mistake.

I am so upset with what Dr. Sellier has put my mother through. Since AUGUST she has tried to get glasses and with 2 eye appointments and now they are asking her for another eye appointment. They are riding on her insurance! Watch out for this group because they are after older people's insurance. After 2 eye exams and 6 weeks of being without glasses to see they are wanting her to make a 3rd eye exam appoint. If you can't determine an eye prescription off of ONE exam, you should not be practicing medicine. This is ridiculous! If you care about your eyes, stay clear!! Update 10/06/24 Reply to their message: What does it matter who she is, plus you know exactly who she is. You were suppose to follow through and calling in her appointment for a retina specialist. She had to end up calling and making that appoint. The SPECIALIST told her she has a tiny tear but nothing to worry about. Then You wanted her to have a 3rd exam within a MONTH! No, there is no excuse for 3 eye exams especially when a SPECIALIST said she was fine. No excuses but taking a ride on her insurance!

My prescription wasn't right. I was told that all I had to do was come in. Once there it was confirmed that my prescription was wrong, then I was told that I would have to schedule an appointment. I would understand if this was my mistake but it was the doctors. I have already took off twice and will now have to take off a third time. This is unacceptably. Not everyone has the liberty of taking off whenever to meet the needs of the doctor when the doctor is the person that read my eyes incorrectly. This should have been corrected while I was in the office Update: now I'm being told that I will have to pay $60 to see the doctor because I have a job that doesn't allow me to make it back in to see them within the 30 days... this is ridiculous when it was there mistake

I bought a pair of glasses from here a few weeks back. When I went in I explained that I drive a truck for a living and I had not heard good things about transition lenses. They explained to me that they were new and they have new results and they will work while I am driving my truck. Well they do not and I called and got no offers to make it right. Or to even help me make it right. So that's the kind of service I got. After spending out-of-pocket for transition lenses that do not work. They work well outside just not in my truck which is what I told them I needed them for the most. Now I have to buy clip-on sunglasses which is why I wanted the transitions so that I don't scratch my glasses up. So thank you very much vision center. I believe I will be moving on. This is as dark as they get when I am in the driver's seat.

My visit today at the Vision Center was very professional. The girls up front were super helpful. Lana especially. They had a great selection for all cost categories. Thanks Dr Loose for being so kind to your patients.
