I have paid in full for a nice pair of glasses. The problem is I have yet been able to see them nor wear them because three+ weeks later I'm still waiting. This isn't the only problem they will not return my phone calls regarding I shouldn't still be waiting for my glasses!!!! He may be a decent doctor but your office staff needs a new attitude and should take a course in how to treat customers period. But when you're open someone {STAFF) should be answering the phone. Are you afraid of being told your attitude sucks. This is not how customers should be treated we only give what we get for all communication! Answer the damn phone and explain to me how it takes more than 14 days for regular glasses or even glasses with bifocals!!! That's is the reason for all the bad reviews. If you could give a truthful and honest answer about where the hell are glasses that are paid in full!? Don't go there with your attitude and say it's the manufacturer!!!! That's an excuse not the truth!

Strange batch of negative reviews here. This was my first time at Table Rock Family Vision Care, but my wife and kids have been to this location and the Nixa location many times. I had nothing but a positive experience with the staff here; all were very pleasant and cordial. The young lady who started my exams was fantastic and accommodating and answered several questions with no issues. The doctor was approachable knowledgeable and provided answers to several questions and concerns I had. As a matter of fact, he was honest about some things that I think some others may not be so honest about. I arrived 10 minutes early and was seen just about at my scheduled time. I enjoyed my visit here. I think the doctor and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I'm also one who prefers locally owned businesses over big-box corporate owned businesses. So I believe that supporting local businesses is important. Thanks!

I had my eye exam on 12/15/2025 and I paid for my glasses and supposedly they were ordered. It's now 02/18/2026, over 9 weeks, and I still don't have my glasses. Repeated calls to them and they still can't tell me what the hold-up is. They said, 'We'll call the lab," and no return call with an explanation. I will NEVER use them again and hopefully I get my glasses and don't have to take further action!

Horrible customer service, horrible service, horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this location, they have another location in Nixa that I DO recommend though. The Branson West location initially got my prescription incorrect and I had to provide former prescriptions (that have been the same for about 10 years) and they went off that, but wouldn't dispense the prescription. After MONTHS of back and forth and arguing with the staff there, the Nixa location was able to give me my prescription in a matter of 5 minutes.

The absolute worst clinic I have ever used. The first issue last year the clinic literally made my sons prescription backwards. We all got a good laugh the proper order was pit in and about a month later her finally got glasses. Fast forward to this year, they want me to pay 50 additional dollars for the exact same pair of glasses my son has had every year from them because apparently we have been undercharged every year by these people that use to work there and didnt do their job right, word for word what she said. Then my own order for glasses vanished. Hannah called me to relay my childrens glasses are ready but they hadn't placed my order due to some back office style issue. She told me SHE SENT THE ORDER IN IT WOULD BE A COUPLE WEEKS. I call today a couple weeks later to check and behold my order vanished again they dont even know what glasses i picked. I then ask do you not keep some kind of proper computer system with notes etc when you make phone calls??? Oh well behold again the note from previous phone conversation was from the exact same girl (Hannah) that I am now being told she has no idea what im talking about this is a joke of an office.

I visited this area for a mini getaway and ended up losing my contact lenses. I had no backup glasses with me and I was 4 hours away from home. Fortunately, this eye center allowed me to send in my prescription and had backup contacts available for me within minutes. Although I didn't use their services, their generosity in helping me was much appreciated! Such a kind staff that actually cares about people. Thank you for saving my trip!

Have ordered glasses for both my kids through them for years and most of the time it's been waiting for the glasses that are supposed to arrive in two weeks. Every single time I get glasses from here I wait for months! It's ridiculous! And now, to top things off they told me there would be a navy and teal pair of frames in for my son, who's been waiting since September for them, and they're teal and purple! I'm pissed!

I have been going to Dr. Dana Turner for 4 years, and I am very happy with everything she does, and the office staff are very helpful and kind. When I couldn't get my contact lense out, Dr. Boone was there and snatched it right out of my eye, no charge. They work with our VSP insurance, and we order our contacts from them because their prices are competitive with online and other providers. We have had a longer wait only one time when we arrived for a scheduled appointment, but that's because they can spend extra time with patients if they need it, so we are okay with it. They are very good vision care providers.
